Conveniently located within a 10-minute bus ride from the station. Amenities were plentiful, including hand soap, body soap (for hair, face, and body), three types of towels, and a bottle of carbonated water. A hair dryer is also provided, so you can reduce the amount of luggage you need to bring. You can check in yourself using a tablet, but if you booked through Trip.com, you can tell the staff. Once you have activated your key card and arrive at your room, be careful not to turn on the lights unless you insert the key card into the switch right after entering the room. It is fully air-conditioned, so it is also good to go in the summer. There is also Zeppelin-related decorations, which will excite anyone visiting Lake Constance.

Modern hotel with attractive furnishings. Delicious breakfast. Check-in and check-out via automated machine is completely hassle-free. Easily accessible by bus. I'd be happy to stay again.

The hotel was booked for one night (as a transit guest). The room was located in an older guesthouse, but was functionally furnished (with a new bathroom), although it lacked air conditioning, which made sleeping a bit more difficult on hot days. The breakfast deserves special mention. It was not only very plentiful but also exceptionally delicious. You could charge your electric car for free at two designated charging stations with a few kilowatts (limited charging time). The friendly staff also deserves praise.

The internet was really bad, down for several hours. Practically no service, but that's known and expected, so it's okay. Very clean, fairly quiet, easily accessible by car. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful.

Relatively new hotel, but there are already signs of wear and tear, especially in the room. The reception staff in the evening were completely incompetent and unfriendly. They were chatting in the office and were visibly annoyed that another guest wanted to check in. Absolutely unacceptable! The hygiene products were of the lowest quality. Breakfast was totally overpriced. Overall, not really recommended.

Nice hotel. Not too far from the center. We really liked it. Will definitely come back.
