Very friendly service, good location near Terminal 2 (about 1 km), very clean and room quite spacious. Great that they have snacks and drinks for sale 24/7, only downside is that they don’t have a shuttle to the airport anymore. But all in all a good deal!

Well, I already stayed in this hotel now for the 4th time. We always use it as sleep over on the way back to Shanghai. The location is just very convenient, and we actually walk to T2, it's about 15 minutes.

This is not a horrible hotel, but there are a few things that aren't ideal. The fitness facilities look clean, but there isn't any disinfectant spray. Some of the staff are super kind (thank you to them!) and some are fairly perfunctory. Free coffee! Rooms are fine. Overall, if I had to stay in that area again I would try somewhere else. Know for this area! 1. There is no longer a shuttle to the airport. It's far enough you probably don't want to walk with luggage/kids/weather etc. There is a city bus you will need to pay regular fare on, and it is not a straight shot to the airport. Or you can take an uber. If you come in from the bus station, it's a 1.2 km walk. It was clear that a number of people coming off the bus had done this before and therefore were fine with the walk. If you are coming internationally and are tired and with luggage, it's not that fun. 2. There is very little around there, and if you have the bad luck to be there on a Sunday, what is there is closed. Your closest store/restaurant is the train station or the airport.

Very close to airport, just 5 minutes taxi drive, convenient for an early flight. Pity shuttle service starts at 6am, do anyway you need a taxi to reach the airport. Room is ok, a bit smoke smelly and uncomfortable shower doors common on average german hotels

The hotel was amazing. The waitress was friendly and the room was clean

I don't even know what caused me to be treated like this. A room that wasn't cleaned, two bottles of mineral water finished, quilts that were clearly used, and garbage in the trash can. After entering the room, I called the staff as soon as possible to report the situation of my room. But he just indifferently asked me if I wanted to change the blankets. It was already eleven o'clock in the evening, and for safety reasons, I did not communicate further. I really hope it's not because of racism that I am treated like this as a newcomer to Germany.

Very good hotel with nice atmosphere and pleasant environment

The facilities are clean and comfortable. It's not right next to Frankfurt Airport, but I think it's within walking distance~

The room looked okay, but there was always a smell of urine on the bedside and carpet. I stayed there for two days and no one cleaned the room. There were few varieties of breakfast and nothing to eat. It was not worth the price. It was not very close to the airport. It would be better to book in the city and take the subway to the airport, which is more convenient than this.

Near the airport, good environment

It was my first time going abroad alone. The meeting was next to the airport, so I chose this hotel. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport. You can take the Hotel shuttle on the arrival floor after leaving the airport. It is free, but it costs 6 euros to go from the hotel to the airport. The hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. There is an Asian restaurant and an Italian restaurant opposite, as well as a Rewe supermarket to meet daily needs. The windows and doors of the hotel are very thick and soundproof. You can't hear the sound of planes taking off and landing when the windows are closed.

The guy and girl at the front desk are attentive, the room is clean and tidy, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. You can enter the room through the password and there is a buffet inside. The most convenient thing is that it is next to the airport, a five-minute walk from the airport.
