nice environment, clean room, nice breakfast

Was wow

This was by far the worst experience and hotel we had in all of Italy. The front desk lady was so incredible rude and nothing she stated to us was true. We booked a room with twin beds and they refused to give them to us despite me asking to confirm before booking. The rooms were small and not clean. True waste of money. Don’t stay here.

Overall cute hotel, though it’s a bit run down. However, there’s a great shuttle that takes you to Florence for €2.50 per person. The park is super nice!

It is in the suburbs of Florence, feels relatively safe, and is quite close to the old town. Quite pleasantly surprised, with a retro manor style, comfortable environment, and swimming. It's just that the room equipment is a bit old, the cabinets and other things are relatively antique, and the sound insulation is relatively poor. It depends on whether the style is acceptable to the individual. I personally think it has a unique charm. The mattress is also very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, and the wine for dinner is also good.

This hotel we booked on short notice was such a pleasant surprise. The whole hotel is like a big manor, it feels like traveling back in time and living in a palace. We initially booked a suite with a garden, but because the duplex was inconvenient, we later changed to a villa suite. We had to book a villa suite, it was so beautiful and different. Although the room change cost an extra 100 euros, it was worth it!

It is a little far from the center, but the room is big! ! ! Parking is also convenient. We took a taxi to the city center for about 25 euros

The room was very luxurious and spacious, with picturesque views. It felt like living in a high-end luxury museum. The service quality was first-class and excellent, very warm and friendly. It is a place I would like to come back to.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, but it was too cold. The air conditioner didn't heat the room, and it felt like winter when we were there in May.
