Nearby metro station, very convenient, very spacious room, clean and tidy , the only cons is the vending machine , pay but nothing come out , have to contact reception

Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system. Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean. Only thing to be reminded is there's no USB outlet in the room only power outlets.

Room cleaning services irregular and not professional. Breakfast is wonderful! The service lady has a very warm smile and manner! Other people wears cool manners.

The room size is OK, it is relatively large in Europe. The facilities are old, and there are basically no new hotels in Germany. The hygiene is OK, but the towels were not changed during cleaning. Later, I heard from my colleagues that they would be changed after putting them in the bathtub. The breakfast is quite rich.
