Very good stay, great location with just 5 minutes walk from the station, helpful and friendly staff, the room is big and VERY clean, I'm very happy with this hotel, appreciate that

Simply put, I do not recommend it. I booked a single room, and it was a floor where the only access was by stairs. The stairs were like an emergency staircase, and the lights didn't even work. The check-in machine was broken. The entrance had many defects, such as not opening even when you swipe your card. In the end, my room key didn't even close properly. This is unacceptable as a hotel. It is relatively cheap, but it does not have even the most basic amenities. The room was hot even in early May, and although there was a fan, it would be hopeless to spend a full summer in this room. It says that there is luggage storage, but I was told to come by 2pm to pick it up.

Very clean, large room and nice bathroom. Allow a little time to check in at the machine. Perfect value for money in a top location near the train station, if you don't let the Kaiserstrasse put you off

No matter what happens, you have to use the automatic check-in system and no one comes when you ask for help. This opportunity is very slow and facing the street, so it's very uncomfortable and you have to expose all your personal information to everyone on the street. It took about 15 minutes to get to the final stage, but there was a message saying there was an error and that I should speak to reception, so I called reception and they asked me, ``Why do I have to open the door?'' It felt great. . After that, I had to wait another 10 minutes for the machine, and when I finally got the card key, I couldn't open the room door, so I had to go to the empty reception and make a phone call. I've stayed at many hotels, but this is the worst ever. There is no electricity in the bathroom in the room, so only the walls, roof, and bed are average, and everything else is horrible. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel employee, arrived a little earlier but was able to get into the room straight away, neat room and very clean, everything was there, had a great stay.

The room is a bit small, and the service is average. It is obviously a standard and economy twin room. The room given is very small, and then it is obviously two people staying in the room, saying that we are staying alone for breakfast. There were delays in doing the hotel, communication issues among them, the room cleaner came knocking on the door to check out for cleaning. The receptionist at the front desk exempted the city tax when we checked in. Thank you for this.
