The Arabic manger at the desk was very arrogant, he charged me extra, i was not happy the way he was dealing guests like me n my family.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. However it lacks a mini fridge. Trip.com advertised hotel shuttle but this is no longer available since 2020. Pleasant view from balcony. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and will return.
