The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff provided great service. We stay for 5 days and the room was hot for the first two days. It take a while to cool down the room. Only problem I had with this hotel was the gym. Is a small gym and it was very hot inside. There are no AC and the lights in there felt like heat lamps. The first day I went to the gym there was no power to the room.

Very spacious and beautiful room and comfy bed.Just don't use the laundry service,which is expensive.

This room type is moderate in size, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and four-star standard. I asked the front desk to transfer me to a room that is not facing the street but facing the community, which is very quiet. The shower room in the bathroom of room 506 leaks when taking a shower, which wets the floor towel. Please ask the hotel management to repair it in time. The hotel is 400 to 500 meters away from the subway station, which is convenient for travel. It is worth recommending.

The check-in experience was very good. Xiao Luo at the front desk saw that the two children were a little over the height, so he also sent two extra breakfasts. The hygiene and service were very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and play in Yulin Road nearby

The hotel lobby doesn't look that grand, but the furnishings in the room are very good. I've seen too many modern hotel styles, and this decoration is a bit retro but gives people a very comfortable feeling. There are many delicious foods near Yulin Road and Shenxianshu North Road. It's not far from Kuanzhai Alley People's Park in the Second Ring Road. I will choose it again next time I come to Chengdu.

First of all, I booked very early, and I specifically mentioned in the notes whether I could upgrade to a larger view? Because I saw a comment before that the hotel proactively upgraded. The store proactively upgraded, but after I booked, the store replied to me that the request was rejected. When I planned to change to another hotel, they said they agreed to arrange it. When we dragged our luggage over that night, I was told that there were no rooms. I waited for more than half an hour, and saw that the 4 people next to me had checked in, and I was still waiting. In the end, there was no way, Ctrip came to adjust, and then upgraded a room. I originally planned to stay for two days, but I decided to stay for one day. The second most annoying thing was when I was about to check out the next day. The child wanted to play in the playground, but I was anxious to go back and pack my luggage, and he was still crying there. I said I would go upstairs first. The front desk was watching the whole time, and didn't come to comfort the child, knowing that he was standing alone for so long. He didn't even ask, as if it had nothing to do with them. It was too impersonal, and turned a blind eye! Maybe they really thought it had nothing to do with him, and they were very indifferent. Objective evaluation, every word is true. I will never stay in this hotel again.

We drove 318 to Tibet and transited and rested in Chengdu for 2 days. We chose Jinjiang online based on the comments of netizens and the impression of Shanghai Jinjiang. The hotel collected express delivery and took the initiative to move luggage. The front desk was warm and friendly, which was in line with the tradition of high-end hotels. The most touching thing was that our washed underwear was hung in the bathroom. The room attendant Sister Zeng took the initiative to bring the clothes drying rack to help dry on the balcony and left a thoughtful message. After we left and were about to reach Yajiang, we received a call from the hotel, reminding us that our friend had left clothes behind, and enthusiastically helped us send them back. It is indeed a veteran brand. I will definitely come here again when I come to Chengdu in the future

The gym on the second floor of the hotel is very clean, and there are washing machines and dryers on the fourth floor. The facilities and equipment are complete, and the water delivery and replenishment are very timely. Xiao Zhu at the front desk has a good attitude and the service is very considerate!
