Check-in and checkout were seamless, making the stay hassle-free. They offer great discounts for ordering breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, which is a nice perk. The location is convenient, near 祖廟, and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable.

A grand dame of a hotel built in the early 1980s when extra large lobby Space, beige marble and tiles and red brown varnish were all in fashion. Mostly staffed by very efficient Gen Zs, this hotel turned out to be very efficient and very likeable for me. Sadly, most of them still do not speak English but several do. The breakfast and dinner buffets were too local for me but still worth a try. Kudos to Ms Jessy, Mr David Li, Loka, Carl, Abby and all the good people in this hotel for making my stay very enjoyable.

Friendly staff, Sherry who helped us for looking souvenir shop of key chain around hotel. Very nice porridge.

The dinner is very good , if have more nuts is better . Please give more offer in your room with dinner . But breakfast isn’t very well , like cheese

Very nice hotel. It's worth 5-star rating. Only thing I don't like is the rude swimming staff. They are lazy and don't serve customers.

Luckily got Upgraded to suit but No air conditioner in the living room

Check in was easy and friendly , we even got an upgrade. Dinner and breakfast was good , a great range of food . Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel at prime location nearby Good Indian Restaurant found also Shopping market is available nearby. In the hotel the Indian chef is available so you can have Veg indian cuisine also. Lots of food varieties also for non veg lovers. Hotel infra is very nice and has many amenities inside like Spa, swimming pool and Restaurants and bar

Terrible hygene in kitchen/breakfast area. This hotel has turned quite bad in recent few months. No serious emmployees anymore. Most of employees play stupid and don't undserstand English and are rather rude as no relevant hospitality experience.

The bed is super comfortable while the room is clean and better to provide one or two more bottles of water.

I stay in this hotel for five days and it was very nice days , location is very good closed to Zumiamo metro station about 10 minutes by feet , the room is very clean , and the breakfast food is great and delicious . The reception staff very kind and they make free upgrade room for me in 18 floor . The swimming pool is big but need to develop it make it more comfortable and pool services and bar and music . Thanks for crown plaza hotel , I will reconsider it to others . And I will back again .

It's a great hotel and good breakfast. One down side was it a bit far from the metro station.
