Family-friendly Hotels in Foshan

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. Well done Crowne team Foshan!

we were greeted by friendly receptionists and hotel staff every time we stepped into the hotel. the receptionist who served us during check in was patient in explaining everything we had to know, and even gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room! service was great and hotel was relatively near to the metro station, and attractions such as zumiao and lingnan tiandi. although we needed to navigate through a complex underground path to get there. everything else was good!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable space to relax. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Best Hotel in Nanhai District. Perfect location. Rooms are very spacious and breakfast spread is too good. Special mention for Victoria, Guest Relations Manager who really took pains to make our stay memorable

The hotel staff is warm and considerate, with a friendly attitude. The rooms, public areas and facilities are kept clean, giving people a comfortable and reassuring feeling. When we checked in, Xiao Guo at the front desk also upgraded our room type. The service was very good.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the LN Garden Hotel. The staff are friendly and went out of there way to help me even though I don’t speak Chinese. Each day they happily arranged a car to take me to the golf course and then when I finished golfing, within 10 minutes they had arranged for a car to pick me up. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They have added a pool table, dart boards, and a fusball table to the lobby. During my stay this week I saw families from 4 years old to 70 years old playing these games together. Here in China it’s rare to have the personal service that Garden Hotel shows it’s guests.

We  recently stayed at this hotel in China and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options and a great way to sample authentic Chinese dishes without having to leave the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing space. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to assist. Even with limited English, they made every effort to help by using translation apps, which was very thoughtful. My only minor suggestion would be to add a hot tub or bathtub in the rooms to enhance relaxation options. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a taste of local cuisine.

This is the third stay for us at the hotel in the last 6 weeks and it feels just like coming home. For me the best part about this hotel is the sense of calm I feel as soon as I walk in the lobby, the quiet music, the soft scent in the air, plus the warm greetings from the staff. The room is spacious, well appointed and clean. The bed is comfortable with soft smooth linens and warm comforters. Every time we needed something, whether if it was for more bottles of water or adjusting the temperature control, it’s always attended to immediately. There’s a lot of varieties at the breakfast buffet, and the coffee is amongst the best I have ever had. We’ve been travelling around in Asia for the past few months and have stayed in quite a few hotels, and I can certainly call this hotel our home away from home. I think they have exceeded their goal of making our stay better and brighter, and I can surely recommend this hotel to everyone !!

Stay 2 night & the room is clean & cozy. Accessible to nearest Metro rail by 10 mins walk. Take 70 mins from hotel to shopping centre . Enjoyed the self -help laundry service very much that was an important Pont I come again in future. Staff were very professional, particularly Mr Simon who kindly help us reserve the fre-of-chargec shuttle from hotel to Railway upon.our departure. This hotel was an excellent place worthy your stay.
