The hotel lobby is very upscale, the environment is very good, the service is great, the room is spacious, there are many types of breakfast, the facilities and equipment are very complete, there is also a self-service gym and laundry room. Overall, the experience is very good.

This family-friendly suite hotel we stayed in during our trip with our kids was an incredible experience! As soon as we opened the door, we were captivated by the playful, vibrant decor. The bright colors and even the little tent and miniature rocking horse thrilled the kids. The service was incredible! The staff were incredibly welcoming. Seeing we had a baby, they offered to help with our luggage and even thoughtfully provided some children's supplies. It was a truly relaxing stay! The kids had a blast, and we adults were able to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it to all parents!

We stay 2 nights. Hotel is located quite far from city center. Reception cannot speak English but you can use Google Translate APP. The cleanliness was pretty bad, wet floor in toilet and smell bad when we checked in. When we back from outside around 2.30pm., room was not yet clean. Have to tell reception. This apartment is pets allowed. People smoke in the building even it has a sign No Smoking. My opposite room smoking in the room and open the door, my husband got allergic and can’t breathe. I asked reception to change the room, she’s willing to help and change us to another room on the same level. New room was fine but unluckily there are both rooms before and next to us smoking and open the door and very noisy. Very bad experience. I would not be back this hotel again ever.
