Great place to rest

Excellent hotel, taxi in front available, efficient reception but speaking Portuguese and English. Comfortable room with sea view. High quality breakfast and multiple services. Located opposite a very beautiful beach opposite frequented by families and also a lot of rascals..lots of entertainment on the beach

Hotel with good facilities. I had problems with the air conditioning that remained unresolved. Other than that, the staff are helpful and the hotel offers all the services of a large chain.

Perhaps one of the worst hotels in the Northeast that I have had the opportunity to stay at. After an extremely tiring trip, all we need and want is convenient, agile and quick service so we can go to our room and rest. Between discovering that the room key didn't work, after someone from maintenance had to go and, regardless of how long it took, they spent almost 25 minutes solving the problem, there was never any attention from reception to immediately change our room, and when 20 minutes passed and we called reception, they took the initiative or more assertively, they reacted and said they could change our room, but in the meantime after 25 minutes they resolved it. The next morning we called to borrow an iron, which they said they would deliver to the room, after 20 minutes we called again and they told us they would take it immediately, I'm still waiting for it today, probably lost somewhere in the hotel. We went out for dinner and in the evening when we arrived, again the saga of the card that didn't work, once again "swimming" up and down to resolve it. The next day, in the morning, we put icing on the cake and took a cold shower in the morning, and as we had a scheduled departure time, we couldn't complain. Therefore, without a doubt, a hotel to be avoided.

The swimming pool is nice, but the room hygiene is poor. The surrounding area is unsafe. The small hamburger shop opposite the hotel tastes good.

The food served in the restaurant is good and not expensive. The location is great, only 50 meters from the beach, some suites have direct sea views, there is a beach bar next to it, which can be a bit noisy at night (not every night there are performances). Will come again.

Very clean, good service

I really liked the hotel's accommodations, the gym, the leisure area is wonderful, the restaurant leaves nothing to be desired, very delicious food, a huge variety of dishes and desserts, all very tasty.
