I strenuously DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Totally unaccommodative, extremely condescending and antagonistic! No first come first serve basis! I came first but the impertinent young man at the front told me to wait 10 minutes; but ended up checking in everyone in the queue and attending to me last! Asked for a quiet room and he gave me a room plunged in the middle of the noisiest hallway facing the boisterous main road! The manager told me to wait till 3pm, the official check in time before he would assign me a decent room of my choice. The rooms are only separated by a piece of board; hence you can hear your neighbours thumping and banging away! Do not stay here! It’s a nightmare.

The location is good if you know the area to Uber or if you have a rental. Not much around except for the small strip mall across the street. Room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were very nice. Amenities were also nice and clean. Free breakfast, free shuttle to and from airport which was great. The pool and the gym were also clean. Cons: I chose a double queen bed but it was unavailable when I checked in so I was given a King with a sleeper sofa that didn’t work. I was told that this is the issue when booking through a third party service like ******* etc., I was traveling with my little boy so this wasn’t an issue but if I was with the whole family this would have been a major problem. At the end I was offered a refund and a new hotel elsewhere but I declined.

Unfortunately bad experience First there were no internet for the whole stay one night, but what makes me disappointed is that the manager is confirming that the guy will come to fix it which never come Location was good for one night close to FL airport Breakfast was good as well

Otimo Hotel

Great location near the airport, free parking. We arrived late and had to leave early the next morning. When we entered the room, someone was sleeping inside. It turned out later that this person actually had another room. But miraculously he could get into our room. We got another room, this one even had multiple residents. There were tiny bugs on the closet shelf. Had no idea what kind of ink bugs they were... but we demanded another room. The 3rd room smelled terribly, an employee came to smell it. He completely agreed with us. The 4th room was ok. Not super clean, looked under the mattress. There was some dirt here and there, but no bugs... A bit of a shabby hotel, but I felt safe. Breakfast was ok for the price of the hotel.

Due to flight changes, we booked this hotel near the airport. The room facilities and breakfast are very good. The service staff's attitude is too bad. The hotel has a bus pick-up. When we called the hotel to inquire, they were impatient and hung up directly. We stopped a car and went to the hotel to check in. The one who answered the phone was very unfriendly! There are many people speaking Spanish here, and it's hard to communicate with those who are not good at English! I translated subtitles for them and they complained that the words were too small to understand.

I didn't show up due to an error on trip's part. Com and no understanding on their part so not even a partial refund

The hotel is relatively new, the room is big enough, and the breakfast is simple but has everything you need.
