Very nice and cosy boutique hotel . Though you need to climb 3 flights of stairs as it is up an old building . But service was superb and had a great breakfast . Finding the hotel was tough as it wasn't very prominent

Pros: Great location, 10 minutes to the station, just across the bridge to the main shopping area. Great service. Cons: Although there is an elevator, some rooms require very narrow stairs, so don't book if you have a big suitcase. The single room is very small, and the socket in the room can't use a conversion plug (basically other places can, but the front desk provides it. There are slippers in the room. Overall, it is suitable for short stays for people with less luggage. Breakfast is OK.

The facilities in the room are satisfactory and the hygiene is good It's just that an older manager at the front desk was a little weird. We used water from the small refrigerator and paid 1.5 euros when we checked out. We wanted to take the remaining half bottle of water with us to drink on the road, but no matter how we said it, we wouldn't give it to him. After drinking the remaining half of the bottle, I finally lost my temper and asked the waiter to bring us a new bottle. I still don’t understand why. And after staying for two days, a total of 2 bottles of free water were given, but they were not replenished on the second day. 🤔Very uncomfortable check-out experience.

There is an elevator in the hotel, but there are stairs inside. They lift your luggage, but when you get off... I got off it myself, but if it's empty, they might let you down. It's a bit out of the center of Florence, but it may have been quiet because it was more secluded. I don't know where the water comes from in the shower view, but it turns into a wet toilet, but it's nice and clean.
