The room I got (112) had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. After a long struggle, I went to the reception and asked for a new room. There was a girl at the reception who spoke only Italian... She came to my room, poured toilet salt, shower cabin - ACID, sprayed some smell in the bathroom, closed the door and left. When I opened the door, a quantity of chemicals washed over me, my eyes started to burn, I started to cough... Even with the open window (in the bedroom), I was getting worse. I went downstairs again (now there was another person) who literally told me: you have two options: stay in the room where you can feel the acid or take another room where the heating is not working!!! I slept in socks and a hoodie, and in the end I threw up from the acid. I'm sorry, I didn't get one.

This Hotel has the best Location, near to the attractions. Rooms are clean, stuff are kind.

The location is excellent, and it takes only a few minutes to reach major attractions. However, the hotel environment is average. Although the room is large, the bathroom is very small and smells. My friend's room has scalding hot water whether he takes a shower to the left or the right. The breakfast is average and not very tasty.

Recently renovated with overall nice rooms.... But apart from the location which is truly fantastic, the rest leaves something to be desired

Definitely positive positive experience. Quite modern hotel located in a fantastic location, a short walk from the Uffizi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room spacious and clean enough. Very low price, considering everything. The flaw mainly concerns the services, almost absent and a problem encountered in our room: as after the shower the bathroom, having no window, began to give off a very unpleasant smell forcing us to ventilate by opening the windows of the room (not the best given the temperature not exactly the best). The breakfast was also very minimal.

Perfect hotel with no complaints! I could eat a lot of breakfast and the room was clean and I was too satisfied! Sightseeing is also convenient because it is just a side street in the downtown area! But quiet! It is a highly recommended hotel!

From the outside the hotel may not seem the best, but inside it is very nice. Perfect location, right in the center where you can see everything on foot. Nice and friendly staff especially the owner.

Certainly recently renovated small hotel, very nice, comfortable and well-kept rooms, internal lift and services beyond expectations. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, perfect for visiting the center on foot. At the same time it is also quiet because it is tucked away on a secondary road. Definitely recommended.

Optimal location to visit the main monuments of Florence. Friendly and helpful staff. Acceptable breakfast with small room. Room recently renovated and clean, but.... Face towels were missing, Venetian blind inside the windows with little darkening. The biggest inconvenience was the noise coming from the street which didn't allow us to rest peacefully. I don't understand how it can be presented as a three/four star!

The hotel is very well located in the historic center, although simple, the room size is very good, simple but tasty breakfast, comfortable bed, quality linen, working air conditioning, everything very clean. The staff are very polite and speak very good English. The only problem was the door to the room stuck and the smell of sewage that came back through the bathroom but they fixed it when asked. I come back more often and I recommend it!
