Although the hotel is a bit old, but the service attitude is very good. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, do spa and drink coffee nearby.

The super large two bedrooms and one living room are suitable for family outings. The hotel service is also very good, and there is no charge for printing. The location is also very good. It is a few steps away from the Angkor Museum and the heritage walk shopping mall. However, there are only a few restaurants and supermarkets in this shopping mall, and the upper floors are almost empty. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, and I feel good after eating a few meals.

Good hotel in a great location. It has very large basic rooms that are comfortable and cool in this heat. The pool area is small, but does the job. Most importantly, the staff here went beyond excellent. They organised a private tour with a tuk tuk driver for a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. We wanted very specific timings and didn’t want a whole day. They provided this brilliantly. Tour guide name was Mr Thim Sothea he was brilliant. Please hire him and you will not be disappointed. Well done team at the Chateau d’Angkor

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at this charming boutique hotel. From the friendly and welcoming staff to the over-sized suite, everything made our stay comfortable and memorable. Located within strolling distance of restaurants and convenience stores, as well as parks and museums. We utilised the services of the hotel tuk-tuk every day for private tours and even received a breakfast pack for our 5am Angkor Wat Sunrise tour. And, it goes without saying, we swam in the pool each afternoon when we returned hot and dusty from a tour. Our room was very comfortable: we made good use of the handy kitchenette, laundry and the balcony. Those who love a HOT shower will not be disappointed here! Being here in low season, the hotel had switched to a pre-order menu for breakfasts, so as not to waste food unnecessarily with a full buffet. The options were varied and plentiful. Thank you to all the staff that went above and beyond during our stay - it was much appreciated.

This is a lovely hotel, large rooms, friendly, helpful staff and a lovely pool in a good location. All members of staff always have a smile for you from reception staff to the gardeners. We had a very good bond with two of the reception staff, Soprang and Srey Mao who we always had lots of conversations and fun with, they are an absolute credit to the hotel. We had a large bedroom, kitchen area with dining area and also a seating area and balcony, this was more than big enough. The only thing that would have been nice was for the seating to have been a bit more comfortable especially as we were staying for an extended time. We found the location was fine for us, it is a 12/15 minute walk into the centre.

We recently stayed at the Chateau d’Angkor La Residence in Siem Reap and it was truly outstanding. We had a two-bedroom suite, and it was incredible — spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. You won’t even find a speck of dust! The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families — it’s simply amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were large, clean and cool. All of the staff were very helpful and so friendly. The driver Sopheak, the tuk tuk driver Mr Hac and the guide Dara, all organised through the hotel, were excellent. Special thanks to Sopheak who assisted us paticularly with our visit to Kompong Phluk and was a great driver.

Strongly recommend this property. Stayed recently with friends and we had a very spacious two bedroom unit, both with separate ensuites. Very clean, comfortable beds, washing machine, ironing board, nice pool, good breakfast, very affordable. Staff were very friendly. Bottled water replenished daily. Very nice, small property and close to the centre of Siem Reap. Tuk tuks readily available but only a ten minute walk to the centre.

We loved staying in our 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were large and well decorated. We had 2 bathrooms, a large living area, a balcony, a washing machine, and a kitchen area with a fridge. If you want to cook you will need to order gas but there is no need as food in Siem Reap is quite reasonable. Breakfast was good. We ordered an omlette and vegetable noodle soup most days. Cappuccino is extra.

I stayed four nights at this hotel on a recent visit to Cambodia. The hotel has apartment size rooms and our apartment contained a full kitchen, laundry, living/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The staff were efficient and friendly and the rooms and other hotel facilities were immaculately clean. It is an older style hotel with a reasonably modern pool and pool bar. The breakfast was great and the service was friendly and excellent . We enjoyed our stay and I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.

We just had an amazing day with Chong, our tour guide for Angkor Wat! Wow, what an experience. Chong speaks English very well, and probably has done this tour a thousand times! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He had answers for every single question we had. And since he is also very spiritual, he has a very deep understanding of the temple sites. We learned so much. Definitely do not visit Angkor Wat without a guide — we almost did this, it would have been a big mistake. He had all kinds of suggestions about what to see, places no one seemed to know about. Definitely great value. When we come back we will look for Chong. Great guy, thanks Chong.

This hotel is ideal in Siem Reap as it is quiet but in walking distance of restuarants and bars around Pub Street and the river and markets. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and speak very good English. They arranged most of our trips with a guide for the temples and a great tuk tuk driver at a reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Miss Soprang in Reception was especially kind and helpful. We had a lovely two bedroom suite for our family of three, which was spacious, comfortable and our maid kept it very clean daily. We ordered room service three times for dinner when we were too tired to go out after long days sightseeing, which was very nice at a reasonable cost. Breakfast was very good also with different options every day. The pool and gardens were kept to a high standard with a few comfortable loungers to relax on. Happy hour between 1pm and 5pm was a bonus - buy one get one free on beers, wines and delicious freshly made cocktails! There is also a variety of good quality food available at the pool. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap. Thank you everyone!

We loved our stay here and highly recommend. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was large with a kitchen. It had a lovely balcony and good air conditioning. It was someone’s birthday in our party and they brought a cake up when we checked in and sang. So cute and no charge for that. The pool is relaxing. The breakfast was included in our rate and was very tasty. They helped us with a tour for the temples on our first day and even accommodated our early arrival due to a flight change. We used their airport transfer service for usd45 each way as it was cheaper than grab and we had 3 people and 3 large cases which all fitted fine. The staff were friendly and had good English. An easy walk to the river and markets as well. A highlight of our trip to Cambodia.

My friend and I had a great experience here in Siem Reap. The hotel is really quite beautifully appointed. The staff is super helpful and thoughtful. The restaurant is also good, with interesting local items and good-tasting food in a relaxing tropical atmosphere. Our room was great. We had a huge suite with a roomy balcony that spanned the living room and the bedroom, in addition to having a kitchen and a washing machine. There were ample racks for drying and in the heat of the day, we didn't need a dryer. The furniture was comfortable and our beds and pillows were just right. Overall, it was a lovely stay. The staff made the stay extra special because they were very thoughtful and helpful. When my friend had a visa hiccup and couldn't go to Vietnam with me until the following day, She returned to the hotel for an additional night and said she wasn't sad to have another night there. I would have loved another night there too and would love to return.
