Pathetic service and unsafe environment at hotel ~ avoid this hotel~ ctrip rating is also not correct ..such hotel should not be in recommended list

Located in vibrant area of republic, front desk & entrance team are nice and helpful, but I found room cleaning and maintenance team are below average for this type of big chain hotel. I stayed for 4 nights and they often forgot to re-stocked different items (free coffee/tea/water), this could have been easily avoided if there was a manager to check room after cleaning. No turn down service or they forgot somehow during all my 4 nights stay. More than half of the power outlet in the room were out of service. Long story short, this is my first and last stay there.

The doorman took the initiative to help with the luggage. Since we arrived early, we wanted to store our luggage and go out for a walk. We asked the front desk and they let us check in directly. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. If you need toothbrushes and slippers, you need to call the front desk. The bath towels and towels looked like they had not been updated for a long time. They looked a bit old. As a five-star hotel under Marriott, the breakfast is really not as good as a three-star hotel. This is really disappointing. I took a cup of soy milk, but it was smelly and there were bugs in it. I was speechless.

The front desk has Chinese service and is very friendly. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the subway station and it is convenient to eat nearby.

The hotel staff are friendly and the location is very good. It only takes one minute to walk to the subway station. But be aware that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, and the Wifi is a bit slow.

The hotel is in a great location and very clean. Very cost-effective.

When we booked the hotel, we saw that it was a five-star hotel, but after checking in, we found that it was completely untrue. The price was five-star, but the quality in all aspects was three-star at best. The facilities were very old and the rooms were crowded. It did not meet our expectations and we were very disappointed.

First of all, everyone at the hotel tried their best to resolve and accommodate our needs. the hotel was pretty full and they upgraded us to a room with more space. the rooms available were quite interior, without the windows that you see on the Marriot website. The bathroom had a bath and shower and was very large with some pieces showing many signs of use. Water pressure was low and water leaked to the floor due to poor design. Despite plenty of space, there were few places to place our hygiene items and inconvenient access. My daughter complained about the mirror making it difficult to put on makeup. The breakfast room smells a lot of grease and food and the smell persists on the clothes, the breakfast looks more like a 4* hotel in Paris. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, missing things like choosing pillows, making the bed or having bedtime chocolate. Our room was lined with wood and had plenty of storage space, ironing facilities, a sofa and a table. There was a television that you could only watch from the bed and it was very intrusive. Despite its large size, it occupied a space that was questionable to say the least. It really looks more like a 4* than a 5*. We had booked 3 nights but only stayed one, and the staff understood and helped us a lot so we could leave without any major losses.

This hotel is very good. The internal environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively new, and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to the subway. It is only five stops to the Universe Center Lafayett, and five or six stops to the Arc de Triomphe and Fragrant Street. The surrounding environment is not chaotic, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby. There are many, they are all great

The hotel is near Republique and is very convenient to go anywhere.
