Very nice and comfortable

the room is nice, would recommend it for a short stay

The service was great, they were welcoming, and the room was neat and clean. The location is perfect for people coming by train, but a bit far if you want to see the art in Florence.

Quiet area, not far from the center. Nearby supermarket Esselunga (from the hotel through the crossroad). Very helpful staff (gave a knife, warmed up the pizza). The view from the window to the courtyard is amazingly beautiful! The breakfast is modest. You need to add a simple omelet. The yoghurts were past their expiration date. The fruits were not cut. The doors in the room are not soundproofed, you could hear the entire corridor. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

It was the worst ㅠㅠ The bathroom wasn't clean and there was no heating in the room, so I caught a cold. Hehe, it would be nice to be a little more careful next time.

The hotel staff are very friendly, the service is excellent, and the location is not bad. There are buses to the sightseeing spots, and there are also buses back at almost 12 o'clock in the evening. It is suitable for friends who love to have fun.

Courteous staff both at reception and in the breakfast room. I booked a room with a balcony which has a beautiful view of the city. Working air conditioning and minibar, clean room. The center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. There is also the bus. Parking at €15.00 per day. In 20 minutes on foot you reach the stadium.

Terrible experience. Maids stole all my cash out of a purse I had under a pile of laundry. USD and Euro. Water did not drain, you have about 2 minutes to take a shower before it starts overflowing. Also, elevators broke. I was struggling to take all my stuff down the stairs, in which one of the employees told me I should’ve packed less instead of helping. The “breakfast” is literally just different forms of bread.

My daughter was on a school trip and left an expensive purse behind on the desk. Instead of turning the item into lost and found, the cleaning staff took it upon themselves to keep it. We made calls to the hotel and the staff were not helpful. We even told them the room number so they knew exactly who took the item.

The best part about this hotel was the staff. Very kind, and accommodating. Unfortunately, this hotel was subpar. There was a putrid smell coming from our bathroom, which we believed to be mold. They moved our room, but we were still unsettled. Breakfast didn't have tons of options but was edible, and dinners were not great. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Me and my wife Have been traveling in Italy for 4 months.august 31st we stayed at The Hotel .Merdiana which is by ,very ,far the Worst place we had to spend a night .Old and dirty .100 euro ,room 201 small with a view of back alley, disgusting. I should ask for the money back. Stay away from this garbage.

Rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast is very limited but they make fresh coffee and tea for you . Can be noise due to high amount of young students visit the hotel. 20 minutes walking from the city centre 5 minutes walking from fruit market and supermarket
