The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from S.M. Novella Church. It’s a small place with no elevator and limited services, which is understandable. The main issue was check-in — no instructions were given, and there’s no front desk. It’s a self check-in with a door code, and I had to call them to get it. Overall, it’s okay if you understand it’s a small hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Dead mosquitos on the walls, dirty and very dated.

Restroom is out of our room and room is not good .

There is no plug board at the head of the bed, no quilt, only a very thin blanket, and the facilities are simple

The facilities are old and outdated. There is no elevator. It is inconvenient to take a shower. The room smells of cigarettes.

The hotel is good, within walking distance of the railway station. Cafes and shops are nearby.

There is no air conditioning, it is too hot to sleep at night, and it is noisy when the window is open. If you come here in summer and on the hottest days, you should be aware that there is no air conditioning and it is too sad to sleep.

The location is very good, clean and hygienic. The small square under the building is very suitable for cooling off at night.

Very poor service, please consider carefully

There is no air conditioning in the room and the room is dirty. There is a fan but it doesn't work. You have to leave the room to use the toilet. The price is not cheap. The front desk is only open until 5pm and the service is unfriendly. Anyway, I will never stay here again.
