Nice location and near to many popular attractions! The buffet breakfast can be better though. I like their thoughtful service and afternoon snacks of chocolate!

Very satisfied!! It's rare to find slippers in a European hotel!! The hotel is clean and new!! The location is excellent, right outside the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore!! I like using Ctrip instead of booking. I booked hotels in Portugal and Italy with Ctrip, and I haven't had any disappointments so far... And the cancellation policy between Ctrip and these hotels is excellent!!!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the station and major attractions. The hotel has sufficient space and is not too narrow. The sanitation is good and relatively clean. The price/performance ratio is very high. I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located between Duomo and the train station. Since we had to catch a train the next morning and didn't have time to eat the hotel breakfast (which started at 7 o'clock), we asked the front desk if we could provide food for the trip, and we got a positive answer. The next morning, we got a bag of breakfast, which included juice, yogurt, chocolate cake, white toast, jam, simple sandwiches with cheese, tomato and lettuce, as well as oranges and apples.

Facilities: I didn't use the hotel facilities much, the room decoration is old, some rooms need to go up stairs, which is inconvenient with large luggage. Hygiene: The sanitation conditions are good, clean and tidy. Service: The service attitude is average, some front desk staff are a bit impatient. Environment: Convenient location, next to the Duomo

The location was great. It was about a 5-minute walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There was a cafe next door where you could have breakfast. The room was compact, but the bed was big and the air conditioning wasn't too strong, so it was comfortable.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk to the Cathedral of Flowers. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, making travel very convenient. The service attitude was very considerate. We arrived early and were unable to pick up the room. When we returned to the hotel later, our luggage was taken to the room. The room facilities and lighting are very warm and comfortable, and the supplies are all available. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the chance to come to Florence again.

This hotel is great. We stayed for three days. The room was big and clean. Free bottled water was provided every day (which is rare in Italy). The breakfast was the most abundant we had in Italy during our 10-day stay. The staff was also very friendly. The hotel is in a good location, about 500 meters from the central train station, and can be reached on foot! Great value! Recommended! 😝

The hotel is in a great location, with the Duomo di Florence just 500 meters away. However, there is no view outside the room window, just the patio.
