Since Friday, June 6th, I've tried to contact three numbers, including that of the owner, Athea. Online check-in gave an error. No one ever answered. I even sent a text message with my name, booking number, and therefore the correct phone number. No response there either. I sent messages via email. The next day, it turned out they'd clearly been read! 🙄! But I didn't receive a response. They blamed ******* group for the wrong phone number, a +44 country code that, according to the owner, was next to my name. 🙄 So, I live in the Netherlands, calling a +31 number with my name, etc. And you don't answer because you don't recognize the number, while someone keeps calling. 🙄. Finally, another B&B guest called the owner from the same phone number while I was standing at the B&B door, stressed out. They answered immediately. The breakfast was very unhealthy; I didn't eat any of it. According to the website, the airport transfer to Fiumicino Airport cost €15, which is a very reasonable price considering the 10-minute drive. However, they charged €25. 🙄 This should have been a compensatory service given the drama upon arrival! Blaming the ******* group is incorrect, given my story above. I sent you a text message with my name and number! And the owner still isn't answering my calls! I hope this review gets posted! If only to alert future visitors that this isn't okay.

Because I had an early flight from Rome to other cities the next morning, I blindly chose this company. There are pros and cons, as follows: 1) It's really close to the airport, 10 minutes by car. After the reservation is successful, you will immediately receive several emails from the hotel. Tell you how to check in by yourself, and whether you need to book a car, etc. You can write an email to the hotel in English/Italian, or even make a phone call. I personally tested the hotel and will reply to all your questions before departure. For example, booking their car to FCO Airport costs 25 euros (my departure time is 7:30). 2) I called after arriving and luckily the manager was inside. After entering, I found that it was a small villa. This time a little problem comes, there is no elevator! It's a small step, one floor high. For someone who has been flying for almost a day, he is already exhausted. Not to mention luggage and schoolbags, he can't even carry it. Fortunately, the manager (Leandro) was very kind and helped me to the first floor. After completing the formalities, he continued to help me to the next floor (he was already out of breath). I felt really bad and paid a small tip. 3) Breakfast, really, don’t take it too seriously. Cookies + cake. Coffee, juice, yogurt...you can skip this🤣🤣🤣 4) When I was leaving, my boss said he would be back in 20 minutes, so I had to bear it all by myself... In short, the room was very clean, no different from a hotel, and the size was the same as a double bed in a single room in an average European hotel. It may not be suitable for bringing children, because there is really nothing around... If you have such an emergency next time and only stay for one night, you can consider this hotel. The psychological gap will not be too big.

It must be full marks! Although it is a homestay, it is very clean and tidy, showing the exquisite elegance of Italians everywhere! The boss delayed getting off work for two hours to wait for us, and even reserved a parking space for us! Knowing that we had to catch a flight at 6 o'clock the next day, he prepared breakfast in advance! It's really considerate! I will book again next time!

A very small family hotel, the room is small and has nothing, not even slippers, let alone toiletries. Breakfast is the simplest breakfast I have ever seen, two breads with milk or coffee. Not even an egg. I was on the plane at two or three o'clock in the afternoon, and I was stipulated to check out at 10:30. After negotiating for half a day, I did not agree to postpone it. Speechless, I don't know how his high score came from.
