Nice hotel near the beach is only another 5 mins walk. Friendly staff helpful, but because it's out of season no swimming pool.

I have never written reviews before, but here... I knew perfectly well that I shouldn't expect any mind-blowing amenities and service from a budget hotel, and it wasn't necessary. The goal was to spend two nights for a small fee, but the hotel surprised me! I have never seen anything like this! There are cockroaches in the room. And more than one cockroach ran by by accident, although no one would like that, and they walk all over the room. The room hasn't been cleaned for a long time. At least not after the previous guests for sure. My feet stick to the floor. There is long hair all over the room, definitely not mine, because mine are no longer than 1 cm, and here it is probably women's. And they are not only on the floor, but on the bed linen and pillows. Bed linen is a separate conversation... I have seen all sorts of things, but I have never seen sheets burnt by cigarettes and I don't think I will see anything like this anywhere else. The electrics in the room are trash! Everything is snotty and sparking. It's strange that everything hasn't burned down yet. And these are far from all the complaints. In general, I don't just not recommend it, but rather insist on avoiding it, because it's dangerous for health and life.

The location is in the villa area, very quiet, the appearance is good but the room lacks maintenance, there are mold spots on the toilet ceiling, the room is big enough, the overall hygiene is not very good, and no one is on duty at night. The staff was nice. The advantage is that it is cheap.

It is very close to Casli Beach, with BIM supermarket nearby and bar street not far away. There are minibuses running through the city, and it is very quiet in the residential area. This hotel is highly seasonal and there are not many guests on weekdays, so there is no breakfast and the internet speed is not fast.

Good hotel. It is located in a quiet area of ​​the city, the beach is 5-10 minutes walk away, there is an embankment nearby, a great park. The hotel is in good condition, there is a swimming pool, everything is clean and tidy.

The room is quite big. The WiFi is super fast. It is much faster than the one in Izmir and it is not stuck at all. The hot water is good. The price is very reasonable. Two nights is equivalent to one night in other hotels, so don't ask for too much.

The service is very poor. I can't communicate. I made a wrong reservation. When I wanted to rebook, I swiped the credit card, but it didn't work many times. I was given cash in the end.

For the price it's a decent stay. Near the beach and minibus. Friendly staff.

В большом отеле мы, видимо, проживали одни. Никого больше не видели. Высыпались отлично. Тихая улица. Но медленный вайфай. Рано утром ещё можно было поработать, но позже скорость падала . На третий этаж горячая вода поступала долго, приходилось прогонять. Нет ограждения бассейна, он пустой и можно случайно оступиться, упасть.
