honestly the best stay we had with our week trip throughout italy...i cannot say anything bad about this lovely hotel. they were so kind to hold our bags for us on our checkout day and also printed some very important paperwork we needed for our trip...will return again inshallah

Disgusting customer service. Extremely small rooms !! We couldnt even move literally even we couldnt even get into the toilet, this is like inside a wardrobe 🥺🥺 we have never seen a toilet inside a small wardrobe. Not comfy matresses, and super noisy... Noises from outside and from other ones inside the hotel. The only positive point in this hotel id the location, nothing else. Never again.

we had a bad experience. we asked the front desk officer to reserve a private car to airport. and the staff said yes. on the date when we approach the counter again. the staff said she forgot. she will book it for me again. then later, the staff forgot again. its crazy.. end up. we cant have any private transfer provided. will black list the hotel

Good location, near popular sightseeing areas. Also not too far from the station. The staff are friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. We couldn’t use the room kettle because the fuse was blown every time. But we could take coffee to the room from the bar. We hope to improve the amenities.

The room is very small, and it is difficult for a fat person to turn around; the sound insulation is very poor, and the running water in the bathroom next door and the people walking in the corridor can be heard clearly; the price is very expensive, more than 200 euros for a single room. The cost performance is very low. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions such as the Municipal Square and the Baihua Hall. It is not recommended to stay here.

This hotel was built in 1881, and it has a very historical feel. You can feel that the room has not changed much in more than 100 years (the furniture is estimated to be nearly 100 years old). The layout of the G floor is very historical. The service is good. Since the elevator is not convenient, the waiter can help with the luggage. But the facilities in the room are really too old, and the air conditioner is either very noisy or ineffective. It's nice to experience the historical style of Florence, but the comfort is really average.
