Great staff, friendly but professional. Especially thanks to those young ladies in Mao's costumes. They provided valuable information about how to make the most out of our time in Fenghuang Ancient Town, including the best time to see the night-time activities, and where to eat. One the the lady walked us to the stairs/walkway so we can walk to the Town. Before she turned back, she advised us to take a taxi to the hotel due to the walkway will to too dark to walk and unsafe. The room is big with an electric kettle but no tea bag or coffee provided. The breakfast buffet had variety with both Chinese and Western foods.

A very beautiful hotel with lovely styled rooms and very helpful staff. Manager Wang's service was excellent. We had a language barrier but they still managed to arrange a pick-up and drop off to the high speed railway. The hotel is in a great location with a view of Fenghuang bridge from the room balcony. Unfortunately it is true what other reviewers say about the bathroom being poorly designed. Rather than a shower, it is a bath tub with a retractable shower head and water gets everywhere if you try to use it as a standing shower. It is also true that the noise from the streets, particularly the music from the bar next door, is very loud at night, but it stops at 23:30. However, we found these to be minor inconveniences in our stay, which was overall very romantic and hugely positive. We'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is located next to the ancient city. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the core area, but it is only a few dozen meters to the maglev station. The room was very clean, and the hotel also provided free fruit and baked sweet potatoes, which were delicious.

My mother and aunt went on a trip and specially chose a lake view room! I contacted the hotel before checking in, and the housekeeper Lily was very considerate! She helped to book a car, a show, and recommended my younger sister to take me to the ancient city. I didn't need to worry about the elderly's itinerary at all! Because both of us are older and it's easy to sleep poorly in a big bed room, the housekeeper was very nice and upgraded the room type! The old sisters 👭 had a lot of fun🥳 The night view photos are actually very beautiful, but they didn't send them to me... In short, I am satisfied👍

The location of the hotel is nice, it’s close to everything but not quite in the midst of all the loud bars and restaurants. The rooms themselves were fine, although the walls were a bit dirty, and much of the tile could have used more caulking. The entire counter of our sink moved if bumped. Also, there was something not quite right with our shower head. However, the bed was comfortable and you can’t just beat the view from the balcony. The owner was helpful when I took the initiative to add them on wechat as well. They gave us recommendations for food and advised us on where to do the river boat ride. Overall, a fine place to stay for a night in Fenghuang.

Our room is clean and have a beautiful view of the river. It is away from the pubs and bar so its not as noisy at night. The location of the hotel is perfect for us with big luggages and bags as it is located just a slope down. The room is equipped with projector and toilet bidet which works really well. The staffs are very friendly and recomended lots of activities and attractions to us. Just below the hotel, there is a shop that rents the traditional costume. The package comes with the rental of clothing, make up (they do a really good job), and photoshoot. Would totally recommend this hotel to stay!!!

Overall it was a good stay. It is located at the end river section, so you can still see the lighting up at night but not as much as the middle section. The room was clean but the cushions on the chairs (balcony) were stained. Would suggest to not put cushions and just have Rattan chairs. The room is located at the fourth floor so we had to carry our suitcases up. We read the reviews prior booking so we kind of expected it too and didn't come as a shock. The staffs were very kind and help us to carry the suitcases together. We had an early day next day and the kitchen staffs served us our breakfast prior to the official breakfast start time.

The service of the host was amazing. He arranged for our transport from the railway station to the hotel and provided lots of recommendations for our meals there. There's nothing much to do here except enjoying the night view and taking lots of photos. I would say this is a good place to rest and relax for a day before continuing our trip. Just take note that there's no lift here but the staffs will bring your luggage up to your room for you so no worries there! The place is situated near the upper stream where it's quieter so light sleepers take note!😬

Facilities: Maybe it is limited by the special environment on the mountain. The overall facilities are not very good, but the air conditioning is still good. The shower water is too small. The curtains are recommended to block more light; Hygiene: The hygiene is OK. Although it is on the mountain, the aunt is still very good and the cleaning is quite clean; Environment: The environment is nothing to say. It is on Nanhua Mountain. There are performances at night. It is also nice to see the ancient city on the mountain. It is really nice to drink tea and enjoy the scenery outside at night; Service: The service brother is very reliable. He helps with luggage. It is really hard. The service is really good...👍👍👍 Miao costume experience: There is actually this. I didn’t find it. I lost 😵💫😵💫😵💫 Nanhua Mountain Shenfeng Cultural Scenic Area Double Ticket: If you spend money to go up the mountain alone, it’s a bit not worth it, but it’s free, so it’s OK, especially the magic carpet elevator is fun. In fact, Master Huang’s paintings are really comfortable.

The location is excellent for visiting the ancient city. There are chain restaurants just outside the door, which are also delicious. The hotel parking lot is not big, but the security guard will help you arrange it, which is pretty good. There are small fruits and the breakfast is also good.
