3-Star Hotels in Fenghuang

The hotel is in a great location, in the Phoenix Ancient Town scenic area. The owner is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage and arranges parking. The room layout is reasonable and the small balcony is very interesting. When you are tired of shopping, sitting on the balcony to rest and drinking a cup of coffee is very artistic.

Excellent experience! Very central location although not in a too noisy environment, considering the very commercial old town of Fenghuang can be very noisy until late. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, although it does only speak Chinese. The manager even offered me to join his dinner and to accompany him and his friend to a light and sound show downtown (although I'm not a big fan of those, I must admit I was very pleased and impressed to watch it). I totally recommend this hotel, which rooms are priced very fairly.

The hotel is very close to the entrance of Fenghuang Ancient Town. You can reach the scenic spot after walking downstairs for about 200 meters. The viewing room can see part of the scenery of Fenghuang Ancient Town. There are more than a dozen parking spaces in front of the hotel. The service attitude of the service staff is very good and the hotel is clean. The condition is general.

The owner upgraded us to a king-size bed room for free, hehe. When we arrived at Fenghuang Ancient Town, an employee took the initiative to pick us up and help us with our luggage, which was great. If we were to find it by ourselves, we might get dizzy looking at the navigation, as there are too many alleys in the ancient town, winding and winding, so this is much more convenient. It was very clean, and the bed sheets and quilt covers were newly changed, with creases. The room was relatively clean and had no odor. I thought there would be bugs because the south is more humid, but there were none~ Hehe, it was great. There is also a small courtyard on the second floor, which is very beautiful, and you can go there to take pictures.

Love everything about this hotel. The reception guy was very friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and beautiful. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to heart of Fenghuang but we dont feel its far at all because there are so many local stalls, shops and restaurants for us to look at along the way. The hotel do not provide a breakfast but on the main street which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel have so many local restaurants which serves Chinese style breakfast. Nice thing about this hotel is we can get the taxi from the train station to the front of the hotel which means we don’t have to drag our luggage far. Every staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. Like us, if you dont speak Chinese, you can add the hotel wechat to communicate with the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fenghung. We like this hotel a lot and will come back to stay here again

The proprietress is honest and down-to-earth; the location of the house is convenient for visiting scenic spots, and the room is clean and tidy. Will definitely come again next time.

The room is very nice! The room is on the second floor, with a toilet and washing machine downstairs. The boss is very nice, we have a lot of heavy luggage and helped to carry it upstairs 😅 It's just that there is no heating downstairs in winter, so it's quite cold to wash 🤭 The coffee shop over there is a lightning-proof place. I chose less ice for 26 yuan, and 2/3 of it was ice, which was hilarious. The waiter also said that it was already less. And the taste was weird.

Fantastic room! So big and spacious, with all the features you could want. Jacuzzi was relaxing, and the a/c worked wonderfully. The staff were so nice and helpful, and made check in a very smooth process. Just note, you do have to walk a bit through the town to get to it, so with suitcases it can be a bit burdensome, but the owner can help you with how to find the hotel if you ask! Would stay again for sure!

We had a big room with a very big bed. The bathroom was big with a self-flushing toilet and toilet seat warmer! One wall of the room was just glass so we had a good view out, over some old roofs and windows, and a far view of lovely builidings on a hill. We had a long and narrow balcony with a view of the river, pagoda and bridges. Right below was the bustling street scene near the Hong Qiaio (Rainbow Bridge). The balcony has a couple of hanging bubble seats and even a small table and chairs. Just perfect for viewing the amazing night scenery and people-watch. (Based on an earlier review, we knew the noise stopped at 11.30pm so we had good nights' sleep). We were very comfortable and happy with our room. It was just a short walk from the shops outside the Ancient Town, so we could enjoy both sides of Feng Huang. The entrance to the hostel is hidden behind a costume rental shop, so it's a little tricky to find. The hostel also has a water dispenser for filling up water bottles. All I can say is the location is just the best for watching the comings and goings in the streets, with easy access for walking along the riverside, pagoda, bridges, viewing the performances on the river...yet near enough to pop into our comfy room to recharge.

The owner is friendly and very helpful, picked us up at the tourist centre and also help with the luggages. The place is very convenient, next to Fenghuang bridge. We can see some might performances from our balcony. There also have a roof top that can see a better view. Thank you, we had a good time in Fenghuang.
