Our stay was very convenient and we are happy for staying here! The view is outstanding, everything is near, the staff members are really helpful! They helped us send luggage, do laundry and tell directions. We has an insect on the first night and the staff came to take care of it, also, the air conditioner was great! In our room and in the bathroom, it was warm during the cold time. We loved the space in the room. We had a lot of luggage and there was no elevator. A bit challenging, and the staff helped us carry our luggage

The view from the terrace is stunning. The hotel owner was very helpful. She recommended a good restaurant for dinner and organized a taxi for the morning to get to the train station.

Despite not being on the main street, getting to the main street is within 3min via shortcut. Receptionist is very helpful is aiding to our needs such as ordering food delivery and also getting the cab!!

Staff are helpful. Cleanness of the rooms are ok except the common area could be improved.

Hotel location is very convenient, it's opposite the entrance of fenghuang ancient city. I went during winter, the weather is too cold till the warmer in the room doesn't works on the first night, the hotel is so-so, but the service is amazing. The hotel staff helped me to move the bed right under the warmer in the middle of the night and because they doesn't have a lift, they actually helped me to carry my heavy luggage 3 levels up and down. Glad the hotel hired good workers.

The room is located slightly on the lower stream of the river, it's within 2 minutes walk to the river. The rooms are of a good size and very convenient. You can have a splendid view of the river from the balcony. Hotel staff is friendly and helps to facilitate your stay

Nice view from our room. Owner was kind enough to allow us to check in on another date as the road to the town was closed on the day we were supposed to check in.

The hotel is generally good. It's very near the Fenghuang ancient town around the pagoda but not inside. Once you climb up the stairs then it's the inn. You can still see the ancient from your hotel though. The staff is friendly but they can't speak English so you cant really get much help if you want any more info.

The location is close to the old town and the staff were very informative and accommodating. The view from the room is great.

The hotel has a complete view of the night view of the ancient city. It is very close to the ancient city. You can go directly to Wanming Tower by walking down a flight of stairs along the homestay. The air conditioning is comfortable and the overall experience is good.

The room is clean and tidy The environment is very good. Very good The location is also good, next to Tuojiang River The service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic. They helped with the luggage when we arrived, helped with the route when we left, helped with the taxi, and gave us a bag of local specialties😃
