First time stay with friends recommended n the hotel is clean n comfort. Location has 2 seven eleven n many massage. Especially the foot heaven , amongst all the shop foot heaven is the best price. Will recommend my friend to stay . Keep up the good maintenance.

Location of the hotel is great! Downside, upon checked-in, the toilet vanity counter top was not clean up properly. It still have the makeup foundation stains all over; from the previous guests. Dear spenza, you did fine, but hope the pillows provided could be more fluffy and firmer. 😊

It’s my regular hotel in Bangkok if I would like to shop around Pratunam Market & Platinum Mall. Good place to stay and nearby food street. Hotel staff are very friendly and cheerful. Room is clean and spacious

The location is superb, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. While the rooms were generally tidy, cleanliness needs improvement, especially with the noticeable presence of ants in the room. This was quite disappointing and needs to be addressed.

Good location….massage parlours everywhere…wholesale market nearby….5 mins walk to famous wanton mee (a bit ex). Hotel has connecting rooms upon request. Overall acceptable.

Hotel is Very strict when it comes to cleanliness of there linens which is good. However. If you accidentally stained the linens, they will not refund your security deposit of 1000 baht. :( Breakfast is a bit annoying since everyday they serve same menu & halal. We dont eat halal that’s why for 3 days of our stay in Spenza, we only ate omelet & bread 😅.. the noise of the Tuktok is also annoying since you will really hear the noise from the street. Also, there were ants & small cockcroach near the telephone too. 🙃

Good place to stay and nearby food street You can buy cheap clothes here Hotel is clean and always clean our room Services in the hotel is superb When check out is easy to check all the luggage before going flight

Great location, just beside the hawker street and market.Easy to grab a car,massage shop was just beside the hotel.
