My stay at Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and cordial efforts made the experience feel more than perfect, and their prompt and efficient customer support was commendable. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking – being right next to the beach made it a dream destination for relaxation and enjoying Cancun's natural beauty. The proximity to the ocean, combined with the serene surroundings, deserves a perfect 10/10 for location. The staff was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 for their friendliness and dedication. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it an ideal getaway, which I would rate 9/10. While the restaurant could improve slightly, I would still give it a commendable 8/10 for its offerings. Overall, considering the outstanding beachfront location, the exceptional staff, and the peaceful ambiance, my experience was nothing short of delightful. I would confidently rate my stay a 9.5/10 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cancun!

Hotel was ok for the price we pay. Need a lot of work to be on Hotel Zone. But it can turn beautiful, view was amazing, front desk personal amazing very helpful with directions and information also the people at the gate and the shopping store.

Stayed in the master suite for 3 days. The view was amazing but the lady receptionist was the rudest person i've ever encountered. Wifi coverage is awful, had to pay more money than trip.com said at the time of booking.

Good good location

The hotel environment is good. It is in the 7-character beach area. There is free parking. There are also beautiful swimming pools and beaches. However, the hotel is too old. The rooms can be said to be simple. The room card cannot be used multiple times. The front desk service is very poor. It is a rather unpleasant stay.

The view is amazing, close to the airport. The room is poorly maintained, the furniture is very old, the curtains are torn. There is no water bottle. The staff is friendly. We did not eat at the hotel. The best thing is the balcony of the room with a beautiful view. Although more comfortable and modern chairs would be nice.

The hotel is old, but clean. Nice pool and beach. The room is large. It is clear that the owner does not smoke, there are signs everywhere about smoking prohibited, if caught, a fine of 100 US dollars. The air conditioning made a terrible noise, then it broke.

Very dirty. I received the same used towels for 3 days, just freshly folded. Mold everywhere, stains on the duvet

The private beach infinity bath is very good

The price/performance ratio is quite high. If you find a hotel with a beach pool in the surrounding area, the price is much higher. In addition, the wifi is only available in public areas
