The hotel was nice and well located. It’s convenient for walking around in the city

The owner was never around and didn’t reply on phone calls. Had to wait really long to check in because there was no one around, and that was the only time I saw someone in the reception. The walls in the room was full of what looks like mold.

Unfortunately it was VERY loud. People, mostly children, were yelling and shouting until very late at night each day. The bathroom was leaking into the bedroom and the drain in the bath was very slow. The room was also quite dirty with mold in the coffee cups. On the positive sides the wifi was fine and the air condition was good.

the place is in deed beautiful and clean and so cheappp compares to what we get. the room is spacious! The owner was so kind, we asked for pick up and drop off and he didn't charge (we did ask to pay) it's about 10 mins walk to the entrance, and i was quite enjoy the small alley thou

Location is great!! The room was comfortable only the ac didn’t work we thought. But we got an extra blanket for the night so no problem. The host picked us up which was really nice. We loved it and would stay again

I ended up adding another night here cos i like the town n the hotel. The owner is very nice he drove me back to train station for free

Quiet but also close to Hongqiao for an easy walk to visit the village. Nicely decorated and welcoming. Complimentary pickup and drop off to the train station. First room had a broken toilet and they were quick to change the room for us. Well worth it for the price! Would stay here again!

Beautifull room, concidering the cheap price, and the expensive City that is located on. The bed sheets could be a little bit more clean, and the matress needs to be renovated, but the room and the hostal it self is beautifull. Great location. Excelent deal for the cheap price that cost

The accommodation was great. We were able to have our laundry washed for free. There is no other criticism of the accommodation. The only thing to complain about is the description of the address. The accommodation was very difficult to find. After calling the accommodation, we were picked up in the nearby street. Photos from another review were also helpful in finding the accommodation.

The B&B is located in an alley, and it is a bit "confused" to find, but the environment is quiet and elegant. There is a place to taste tea at the entrance, and there are many ethnic costumes. The whole B&B environment is remarkable, the room decoration is also good, and it is not far from Tuojiang River. We did not find the owner to communicate with us during the free experience of Miao costumes, so we did not have a successful experience. We did not see the owner from check-in to departure...
