The location is right by Hongqiao in the ancient town, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. Despite this, it is very quiet at night—the soundproof windows ensure complete silence. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the smart toilet with heating is a great touch. A particularly thoughtful detail is the provision of disposable toilet seat covers and bath towels, which make the stay feel extra hygienic. The air conditioning is also very comfortable and warm. The owner arrived early to meet us at the drop-off point, and his wife carefully explained the ancient town’s map—not just pointing in a general direction but providing a thorough and detailed explanation, which was a big plus. The couple is so kind, gentle, and polite. Whenever we had any questions, the owner responded promptly. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

If you have a chance to visit Fenghuang Ancient City, do not miss staying here. Aside from the fact that this place is modern, clean, and comfortable, the host and hostess are the best we have encountered throughout our month-long travel in China. Thanks Yao for your hospitality.

I liked my room. A very warm comfortable bed and a nice view out the window of the ancient building rooftops. It was located just a few steps from the main tourist bridge but was still very quiet. The staff always offered some fruit or even some spicy candys. Fenghuang is a must see at night and staying overnight at a hotel is much better than just a day trip.

This is a great place to stay during your vacation in fenghuang 古城。 The owner is so caring to take care of us. I am sick due to the weather and they not only provided me the surgical masks, but to gave me some medical herb You can view the scenery from the room too

Excellent location at the famous bridge attraction. The hotel is very newly renovated with morden facilities, clean & tidy. The young couple owner are very nice & helpful. They upgraded our room upon arrival, which is more spacious and the bed is bigger. They guide us with a detail map how to walk around the town and the tourist attraction. They also recommend nice restaurant with tasty food and reasonable price. Really appreciated their service and we have a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Traveling with my parents, we specially booked a convenient location in the ancient city, close to the parking lot. The boss will come to pick up the suitcases and provide a lot of travel suggestions. The room is clean and it is very convenient to live here. My parents went back to the hotel to rest directly after they were tired from shopping. The boss also made tea. The towels, bath towels and paper towels for washing are all disposable, and the toilet seat is disposable. The experience in Fenghuang is very good and worth recommending. I wish the boss a prosperous business. I will stay here again with friends next time.

Xishi's location is very good. If you drive, park your car in the Hongqiao underground parking lot and walk across Hongqiao to get to his home. There are also many delicious foods around. The room is very clean, warm and comfortable. The boss and the boss's wife are also very nice and enthusiastic. It was a great trip. I took my mother to Changsha and all the way to Zhangjiajie. I decided to take her to Fenghuang Ancient Town at the last minute. I didn't have time to make a guide. I accidentally booked a very good homestay. The environment is comfortable and clean. Although it is in an alley, it is only a few steps away from Hongqiao. It is very convenient. It is just right to be quiet in a busy area. It won't be too noisy to take my mother on a trip. I contacted the store in advance for the arrival time. The owner of the homestay will come out to pick up and show the way, and help with the luggage. The boss and his wife are handsome men and beautiful women. They are also nice people. They are considerate and thoughtful about everything, from moving luggage to adjusting the room temperature. The room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. The suitcase is big and heavy for a few days of travel. The boss also helped to carry the luggage. I feel embarrassed 😅. The recommended snacks and restaurants are all good. They are delicious 👍 and they also gave a very beautiful hand-painted map 🗺️ and a small New Year's Eve gift 🎁 The view from the room is superb and you can see the New Year's Eve fireworks 🎆 It's so beautiful. I will go again next time 🙋🏻♀️
