Breakfast has little variety and is placed at the reception counter. The reception staff are the ones who clean up at breakfast. We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working (and as the light was on) we didn't notice and it ended up ruining my husband's medication. There are no glasses or water in the room. For a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired...

For a B&B, it was good. However, there were no organization ofr the fact that they knew that a bigger group will arrive and need to change for a wedding and leave witin an hour... The buffet during breakfast was created at the reception, which was okay, but the fact that the coffee / juice machine was harder to find, is not a good sign. The view from the 6th Floor room was superb and on the city.

An elevator that makes a horrible noise all the time. No blackout curtains, it's light in the room as soon as the sun rises. You can feel all the springs of the mattress and the pillows are not comfortable. The only positive point is that it is clean but in terms of comfort it is zero.

Muito bom. Limpeza muito boa quartos bem decorados. Exatamente localização para poder andar na cidade. So um ponto negativo o car park é muito difícil de estacionar quase impossível . Mas de resto to excelente 5 estrelas mesmo . Empregados simpáticos sempre prontos a ajudar. Tivemos uma estadia de 10 dias tudo muito bom nada a apontar. Vamos voltar de certeza.
