I am disappointed and disgusted with this hotel. See the attached pictures. Again, disgusting, and unacceptable and you should be running things better. 1. There should be a better cleaning agent to get the grossness out of the shower floors 2. I am a woman with fine blonde hair so the one in my bed and on the toilet paper roll are NOT mine! I complained at the front desk and was offered nothing but to change my sheets.....really?!?!

Terrible stay: no replacement bath towels TV remote did not work, no assistance rendered NO HOUSECLEANING - had to change our own sheets Good points The desk people were very nice! Breakfast was ok!! Place was clean, but…. The place is clearly understaffed…I have never seen anything like this.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Room was a little stuffy. Breakfast is always a plus!

There is a restaurant circle opposite, with various choices of Chinese, Japanese and Western food. We went to eat Chinese food and it was very good.

The room is quite clean and tidy, and the location is relatively good. There is a pharmacy opposite, and there are many takeaway options on the mobile phone. The breakfast is quite rich, and the visual safety is also good.
