Good location near the bus station, clean and well-organized environment, great and helpful staff, when making the reservation check if there is a minibar in the room because not all have this availability, it happened to me and they changed my room without any problem. It was a great stay.

Very small hotel, very small rooms, but well organized and well located in the heart of the city.

You need to understand the hotel's proposal, which is to be an economical accommodation, since the room is very minimalist. But overall the cost-benefit is worth it. The breakfast is well served and varied. The shower is good and the bed is comfortable.

I found the service very poor, the staff were lost in the system and regarding the reservation, you had to check all the time what was or wasn't included in the reservation, everything you need at the hotel had to be collected at the reception, even the most basic things, like a simple hairdryer or blanket, for example, the amenities were extremely basic. In other words, the standard of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired and doesn't meet the Ibis standards that I had previously experienced, unfortunately! I wouldn't stay here again, for the price asked the standard should be better.

Era uma estadia de 3 dias e fiquei somente 1. Pedi um quarto para e pessoas. Mas tinham apenas 2 camas preparadas. E eu tive que preparar a cama sozinha para o 3ro ocupante.
