Great hotel, great location. Asked for tea bags and was told they have no tea bags minor issue). I told reception that we were checking out at midday. I got back to the room at 10.30 to find our bedroom door wide open with all our possessions inside, my wallet and passport sitting on the side and the cleaner in the bathroom. Not acceptable. Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s. I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room. This really put a downer on what would otherwise of been a really nice overnight stay. Also - the booking confirmation stated we had a twin room with 2 small double beds. When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea.

The location is good. Nearby to old town and good eatery. The breakfast is good with great selection.

Absolutely amazing hotel and service!!!! Their mattress cured my years long back pain! The staff goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Great breakfast, even vegan choices. Highly recommend!

It’s a pretty new hotel with large rooms and a good location. It’s about 15-20 minutes’ drive from the Mercedes-Benz Museum. The parking lot downstairs is public, but the hotel’s instructions are unclear. Although it’s marked with air conditioning, it’s not found in the room. As for the air outlet, I found a regulator in the toilet that seemed to be an air conditioner but it had almost no effect, so the room was a little stuffy and I had to open the window to solve the problem. You can walk to rewe and pharmacy nearby for 7 minutes' walk, which is convenient for shopping. The sauna and swimming pool facilities on the 5th floor are temporarily suspended, which is very regrettable.

We booked a double bed with a sofa bed and everything was ready when we checked in at 4 p.m. The room was clean and there were enough towels for all family members. The location was very good, but there is no hotel parking, only the public parking garage for a maximum daily price of €14. We were lucky and found a parking space in the side street.

Very good hotel. The hotel is very new. There is a parking lot next to it. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the old street in the city center. When I booked the room, I found that the size and equipment of the comfort room and the superior room were the same. There was no difference. Only the official website showed comfort. The room has heating but no air-conditioning. When I arrived, it turned out that the comfort room did not have air-conditioning. You may want to pay attention if you book a room in summer!

Everything was great, friendly, clean, cheap

Great location, great room (great location, quiet, well ventilated and air-conditioned, can be darkened), friendly staff. Be sure to hang a "Do not disturb" sign on the door if you don't want to be woken up by housekeeping at 8:30 a.m. Check-out is possible until 12 p.m. ❤️

The room was very modern, large and clean. Unfortunately the spa and fitness area as well as the roof terrace were closed.

It was great, but a used towel was apparently left in the bathroom and we put it to the side. Best wishes Michi
