I was booking a better room, however, the bigger and ”better” room is with the mahjong table, so it is smoky to the core. Rooms have no fridge, one little fridge is in the lobby. No wardrobe for clothes. Breakfast is very simple traditional Chinese. Don't expect to have a coffee or any drink. Breakfast location on the roof is not obvious, I thought I was in the wrong place.

She doesn’t say anything about it but show her guest a ********* that u can’t support it. Excuse me?! Do u know u was in a hotel server position! Are you serious?! Then I am a person that very scared of smoking. I asked her again do u guys have non-smoking room?! To be honest, her show me another thing of the same face and told me there is no nonsmoking or smoking room. After over, she continued to training a new girl how to used the system of checking in. If u r the trainer I will be launching on it, I don’t believe she knows how to handle anything but nothing. By the way, the night girl are much better, I chose to live another night and I ask her should I needed to come and check out then checking in again. She asked me what room and then help me to scan the room card, and I am good to go. This is called service. Lol, otherwise it’s prefect.
