A beautiful, modern hotel in an idyllic setting. The staff are efficient, friendly and professional and work tirelessly in the background to make the holiday special for the guests. The pool areas are clean and open and visiting the Rooftop pool and bar area is a must. This is also the location of the Culinarium where you can enjoy a special meal. We took part in many of the activities on offer as we really enjoy the Tui Blue concept. Particular thanks go to David, Nele and Helene of Tui Blue who we enjoyed spending time with on various activities. You do need to be familiar with and use the Tui App to get the most out of a holiday here. We met lovely people and had a lot of fun. There is an activity for all tastes. Santa Tomàs is a quiet resort set on a beautiful stretch of coastline and a walk in the evening to enjoy the sunset is a must. The walk through the trees to Son Bou is very peaceful and with beautiful views. We went half board which suited us and the small local supermarkets have anything you might need. The local buses to Mahón and Ciutadella stop outside the hotel if you want to explore more of the island. Also lots of trips on offer. We loved it so much we have booked for next summer!

Hotel is spotless, staff always busy maintaining the high standards. Food is excellent, plenty of choice, constantly being replenished. Rooms are serviced daily to a very high standard. The staff are all excellent and go above and beyond.

Well, it’s been one whole week since this increíble holiday, and I’ve got a serious case of the post-holiday blues! Take me back! It usually takes me 2-3 days to properly unwind on holiday, but within about 30 minutes of arriving, I was chilled. This was my fifth trip to Menorca, second time in the resort of Santo Tomás, and first time staying at TUI Blue Victoria. The reception team gave us a really warm welcome, complete with a glass of fizz. Our room wasn’t quite ready due to an early morning flight, but it was all good - within a couple of hours we were in, and in the meantime, it was no hardship waiting at the pool bar with a cold cerveza in the sunshine! We had a sea view suite on the fourth floor, a last-minute bargain. There’s a bath in the bedroom - not really my thing, but a fun quirk if you like that sort of feature. The room was lovely and spacious, with gorgeous views of the Santo Tomás bay and resort. It was so peaceful. Apart from the occasional door closing nearby at breakfast time, I didn’t hear a peep. The hallways must have some kind of soundproof or resin flooring - whatever it is, it works brilliantly! The bed was really comfy, and the air con did the job. It read 19°C on the unit, but it felt more like 23–24°C. Luckily, I’d packed my trusty mini fan (that stage of life!) and slept like a dream. The restaurant was great - plenty of choice. I don’t eat meat, but there were lots of vegetarian and pescatarian options. Everything was well cooked and varied, with themed nights that gave us the chance to try different foods, including some lovely local dishes. I was on half board and never went hungry. I can’t manage a big breakfast and didn’t buy lunch, (just the odd snack from the nearby supermarket) as the evening meal kept me well fuelled. Now, I do enjoy a drink, and for me, half board worked out far better value than going all-inclusive. I’m not a big cocktail fan, so beer, wine, and the occasional G&T were perfect. The pool area was spot on. I preferred lounging on the grass (so much cooler and beautiful views of sea), then moving closer to the pool in the late afternoon when things quietened down. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, no early morning stress. The TUI Blue app offered loads of activities if you wanted to get involved, but if chilling is more your vibe, there was plenty of space for that too. The grounds and gardens were beautifully maintained - the gardening and maintenance teams were constantly working to keep the whole place looking pristine. The hotel was immaculate and always in tip-top condition. The resort itself is lovely and quiet - no big strip of bars, just a beautiful promenade you can stroll from one end to the other. And the beach? Wow. Absolutely stunning. A long, sandy bay with shallow water that stretches out - really safe and perfect for floating around in the warm sea. I was in heaven. Great 14 night break at the Tui Blue Victoria. Beautifully clean hotel with spacious grounds and excellent staff. Food was fresh and plentiful in the buffet with a good selection of wines. Good prices at the bar for both AI and HB. With so much sport on the TV it was great that the rep put it on night and day for people to view. Rooms are small but immaculately clean hotel. A good holiday in a great resort. We will return! Big shout out to Alex, Edourdo, Maxi, Sammy and Ghiro - exceptional service all round. Thank you.

Amazing holiday from start to finish. Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were excellent as was the all staff all inclusive food and drinks. Quiet resort and perfect for a relaxing break.

Had such a wonderful week with my wife, son and daughter (17 and 20 years old). We have all rated it the best holiday we have ever had. The reasons are various, but the top reason is the staff, who friendly, courteous, fun and extremely diligent. The standout star for us personal was Emilio, who always went above and beyond to look after us. The hotel itself was amazing, spotlessly clean, and the rooms were of a good size and maintained well, and cleaned well regularly. For the first holiday ever, there were plenty of sunbeds for all, no crazy dash in the morning. All very refined. We all enjoyed the food, something for everyone with all tastes catered for. Highlights were the lunches and even the snacks were delicious small meals! Drinks, definitely not watered down and I lucked in with San Miguel on tap. Entertainment was generally the best I’ve ever experienced, a couple of acts good enough to be doing the circuit of tribute acts I attend in the UK. Michael Jackson tribute was mind blowing. The reps were friendly, extremely hard working and made sure there was enough going on and well organised for all the guests, highlights were the aqua fitness, waterpolo and silent disco. Beach was a stones throw, lovely warm water and great waves.

ALL the staff at the hotel are super lovely and helpful, especially the entertainment hosts - David’s aqua aerobics classes were always so fun and Nele was always so friendly and enthusiastic. The cleaners always did a great job at keeping our room clean each day. The pool area and roof top terrace are both stunning. We were lucky to see some gorgeous sunsets on the terrace! Would definitely definitely recommend and we all had such a lovely staff so thank you to all the Tui staff! :)

Just got back from the most relaxing week here with my mum, the hotel was spotless and our room was lovely! We stayed on level 5 facing towards the trees. If you just want to chill and relax this is perfect. With the options to join in activities during the day. We did aqua hit most mornings and it was really fun! We enjoyed the MJ tribute act that was probably the best entertainment that week for us. However we wasn’t to fused as we was happy to have a later dinner and drink then go to bed. It was nice not to have to get up at the crack of dawn to get sunbeds, There was plenty! Could not fault the food here, we did not have one bad meal and there is lots of options, We decided to go half board and found this a lot cheaper even paying for our drinks / lunch as we are not big drinkers. There is a shop 2 min walk across from the hotel that sold everything! The staff were amazing and so friendly, love the fact they come to your sunbed to order drinks and they were delivered within minutes. We will definitely be returning in the future, and recommended this hotel. Thanks for a great stay :)

Second year in a row! We brought my 16 year old and she loved it! So many sunbeds. The food, rooms everything is spot on. Marc, joan, miguel well all the bar staff are soo amazing! The housekeeping team work sooo hard & are incredible! We will be looking at coming back next summer again! The down side...you need a new pool table its awful🤣 :)

This is our third year in a row staying at TUI Blue Victoria, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The pool is nice, and the beach is right on the doorstep – the location is perfect. A huge shout-out to the TUI bar staff who really make the experience special. Marc, Miguel, and Josep are absolutely outstanding – always friendly, professional, and a real credit to the hotel. The cocktails are excellent, and the service is consistently top-notch. The only downside for us was the evening entertainment. It felt a bit underwhelming this time around, possibly because we saw many of the same acts as in previous years. A bit more variety or fresh performances would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Still, TUI Blue Victoria remains one of our favourite holiday spots, and we’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Just returned from this beautiful hotel and absolutely faultless everything was perfect from the day we arrived till the day we left and have to mention the Staff here are amazing you are treated so well it was fab very special we would return definitely also the Tui Entertainment team are just lovely people thank you for everything we had a lovely holiday

This was our first time in Menorca well what can I say this hotel was amazing very clean the staff were lovely always smiling and very hardworking people the two reps are lovely girls my little ray of sunshine and David the fitness instructor was very fit in more ways than one 😜 lol the aqua aerobics was brilliant. No problem getting sun loungers, the food was amazing. The beach is beautiful it’s just a small walk away. We hired a car for the two weeks that we were there but we didn’t realise how small the island is but it got us out and about. The only gripe was there’s not enough storage for the clothes in the rooms also the air con wasn’t very good but it was no big deal. We met some lovely people. I definitely would recommend this hotel and I definitely would come back.
