The room is very clean and well decorated. The facilities are complete, the location is very convenient and very close to the tourist center, and the food facilities nearby are very comprehensive. Highly recommended, the boss is nice, you can consult if you have any travel questions

Room comparison: The last time I stayed in a starry sky theme, this time I stayed in a jungle theme. After comparing the two room types, I prefer the starry sky, with multiple hanging chairs and multiple starry sky projection toys. The jungle is just a small tent plus a few plush toys, and the starry sky theme is more playable. Breakfast: Rich in variety, reaching the five-star standard, three kinds of juice, six kinds of fruits, four cold dishes, fried rice, fried rice noodles, fried dough sticks, six or seven kinds of egg methods, and special snacks such as butter tea, tofu brain, and egg cakes. There are bamboo shoots and beef noodles every day. I recommend this beef noodle All-day parent-child activities: My child is only over one year old, and most of the activities are assisted by adults. After a whole day, the activities are compact and adults are not tired, but the activity time is relatively short. In my free time, I take my children to dig sand and play ocean balls, which is very convenient for walking. The gold coins obtained by participating in the activities can also be exchanged for toys. Butler Jiawei is very attentive and responsive. The milk he sent is also very delicious. I spent a pleasant three days and two nights with my children.

Overall it was good. I went to breakfast late and there were not many dishes left, but the staff patiently asked what I wanted to eat and cooked a bowl of noodles for me.

Location is ok. Can take a didi to emei train station and food street in 5 mins. Very quiet environment. Love the heated toilet seats too

The hotel is very close to the Emeishan high-speed rail station, the surrounding environment is quiet, close to the food street and Baoguo Temple Visitor Center, convenient travel, warm service, free room upgrade to suite, also equipped with mahjong machine. Clean and hygienic, breakfast, directly renewed for a day, leaving the boss also provided free delivery service, it is worth recommending the store. Forgot to take a photo of the room, I took a mahjong machine, the environment is basically the same as the picture hanging by the store.

I loved my stay in the hotel. The staff welcomed So warmly & showed me the whole hotel. The room was amazing and the hot spring mindblowing!!! 💓💓💓 I have been in a lot of hotels but this one is the best so far ! Vivi (hotel staff) always answered every of my questions (in English) within a few seconds via WeChat and arranged my whole trip to the top of emai mountain: even though I was to late to buy a ticket for the cable car, she showed me what other options I have and arranged everything so nicely according to my wishes. I wish to do a fair review of my B&B stay at Emeishan. Service was spectacular. 1) The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from Emeishan Station (not to be confused with Emei Station), about 7-8 mins drive from the hotel. I communicated via WeChat which trains I would be on and let them know that my 1st train arrival was actually so that I could drop off my large suitcase at their place, before going backwards to Leshan for half a day, and then returning to Emeishan in the evening. Not only did they agree to send someone to the train station to pick-up, they agreed to pick up only my luggage without me needing to accompany. So I could add an additional hour to my Leshan trip. Then they came to the train station a 2nd time in the evening to pick me back to the hotel. 2) The hotel replies very very quickly on WeChat, as if monitoring it all the time. 3) The hotel could arrange ticket purchase of a show, Only Emeishan, at a price lower than what you find on the official website. 4) The hotel even left the suitcase in my room before my arrival. 5) When I told the hotel to skip preparing my breakfast as I was starting off at 7am the next day to go Emeishan (breakfast is 7.30am at the hotel), they offered to put some items into a plastic box for me to take along. 5-star service in terms of making arrangements! They gave me a really large room, and I never used the bathtub with the bath herbs, but am thankful for the upgrade. Loved it that they gave 1 gigantic bottle of water and 2 smaller ones, showing their care for pple intending to climb Emeishan. Please don't expect too much from what they call ”Afternoon Tea” included in your package. It is merely a small tray of dried/fresh fruit, so it wouldn't form a meal. But I would not be fair to readers of reviews if I didn't give a balanced review. a) The hardware is a bit tired. The wooden planks in the shower room are blackish, and there are water marks on the stone in the bathroom. b) The power sockets are not at good locations. They are at the lower parts of a wall at a random spot and nothing near the bedside. c) The lights in the room are not well-positioned. d) There was an empty bottle below the wardrobe area when I first entered the room, which was missed even on the 2nd day. e) As I'm not familiar with Emeishan, I also didn't know that 黄湾 area is not exactly the main activity area in Emeishan. That said, the hotel is a 5-7 min walk from the 黄湾 entrance/exit to Emeishan. I believe the Baoguo Temple entrance/exit would be more popular. There are several restaurants around the restaurant but the vast majority appear closed or are not occupied, so it doesn't feel very lively, whether day or night. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel as they are family owned and run. The whole family depends on your support. Support local small business and give them a chance.

Before coming to Emei Utopia Hentique Resort, I called and used their free gift pick-up service from Emeishan railway station. One of their staff was waiting with a sign and welcomed us warmly. The drive to the resort was very good. Upon arriving at the hotel, employees at reception helped us with a lot of information about the Mount Emei climb. The room is very well designed, a mix of traditional and modern architecture. Definitely, a room highlight is the garden with hot springs, I enjoyed it immensely. I would definitely come back to this place, I recommend it.

The store is very clean, the boss is very honest and down-to-earth in what he does, and the prices are also very reasonable. I don’t want to fool people with other stores. I will choose this store next time I come. I highly recommend it for its high safety. 👍👍👍
