A very bad experience. Apart from being close to the bus station, there are almost no advantages. There is a long stretch of gravel road outside the door, and there is a lot of dirt. It is difficult to check luggage. The receptionist is not enthusiastic and the hygiene is not good. There are many young people. I will stay here. It will be very noisy at night. The room facilities are poor. The toilet cannot flush. Even after repairing it, it didn't fix it. I asked them to change the room, but they said they didn't have it. It made me need to take off the toilet seat when flushing, and put my hand into the water tank to pull up the chain to flush. It was disgusting. The breakfast is very simple. There is nothing except bread, jam and something to drink. You have to wash the dishes after eating. The bed is very narrow, soft and uncomfortable. I am not satisfied. I do not recommend it.

バスターミナルから近く、一人旅には最適な立地だと思う。エルカラファテの中心地からは少し離れている。朝食の無料サービスがあり、旅費が浮くのが嬉しかった。

My husband and I spent 3 nights here in one of the private rooms with shared bathroom. It was clean and comfortable! The breakfast selection was more diverse than other South American hostels we have stayed in thus far: oatmeal cookies, cake, fresh fruits and the usual toast, cereal, and yogurt. They also accommodated an early breakfast one morning as we had a day trip to Chaltén planned. Staff were helpful and allowed us to check in and pay later once we exchanged money (they only accept cash!) We also rented bikes and helmets directly from our hostel one day which was easy and quite affordable. Staff also went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible, texting us on WhatsApp to warn us to close our window since a group was having asado in the courtyard outside of our room.

The staff is very rude, makes hurtful and out of place comments about the guests. There is a travel agency inside the hostel called World Riders with staff who make comments about their clients: they are amazing, they are all old daddies, and they laugh incredibly

Excelente hostel. Fica localizado bem perto do terminal de ônibus e a cerca de 10 minutos do centrinho de El Calafate, percurso que pode ser feito rapidamente em uma caminhada bem agradável. O staff é atencioso e as camas são confortáveis. Destaque para o banheiro, com muitos chuveiros com água bem quente e volumosa. O café da manhã é bom, com pães, frutas, geleias, doce de leite, suco, leite e café. Voltaria sem pensar duas vezes. Recomendo!

Um local bem amplo, com espaços de relaxamento, leitura e muitas opções de contato. O atendimento da equipe é muito bom, falam inglês ou espanhol. A limpeza do local é adequada e tem bastante espaço para banho, as camas são confortáveis e as roupas de cama são bem higienizadas.

Aqui foi onde tive minha primeira experiência em um hostel, hospedei-me com um grupo grande de pessoas. A organização, segurança e limpeza foram excelentes! O café da manhã é bastante simples, não sendo o ponto forte do local. O banheiro é bem amplo e sempre estava com aspecto de limpo. O único ponto negativo foi a distância do hostel em relação ao centro.

Gran Hostel en Calafate con un Personal de lujo. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, limpio y ubicación muy buena. Lo único que falla es la conectividad a Wifi. Pero Muy recomendable. Baños y cocina súper amplios. Habitaciones en muy buen estado.

Es muy lindo hostel, tranquilo y cerca de la terminal, la atención del personal es muy buena. En recepción Alan es el más amable al atender. Pero debo decir que Franco es pésimo, sin modales, no saluda e ignora a los huéspedes solo habla con las huespedes femeninas que evidentemente le atraen. La verdad que evitaba hacer preguntas o solicitar algún servicio en el turno de Franco para no tener que ver su mala cara y CERO predisposición.

El lugar es muy lindo y sumamente limpio. Hay buena onda, los integrantes del staff son súper amables, te ayudan y te asesoran. Es súper recomendable. Hicieron que mi estadía en El Calafate sea mucho mejor y muy agradable. En los días que estuve, cruce mucha gente copada, mucho compañerismo. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

Fica bem localizado para quem vem ou precisa acessar a rodoviária, mas um pouco afastado do centro da cidade (nada muito exagerado... uns 15 minutos de caminhada). É bem equipado e confortável, e o staff é bem receptivo e atencioso

La expectativa superó la realidad. Fue uba experiencia perfecta. Ubicación: esta genial. Se encuentra a pasos de la terminal de buses (para ir al chalten) y cerca del centro. Hotelería: me quedé en pieza individual y era realmente como un hotel. Comodo, limpio. Cada doa lo aseaban. En algún momento me resultó por la noche que los otros huespedes hacían un poco de ruido, pero es ajeno al establecimiento. Amigable: el personal muy atento y los espacios en común da pie para interactuar con otras personas. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Buen lugar para hospedarse, estuvimos en una habitación privada, todos los días la limpian y tiene un ventanal que da al patio central así que muy luminoso. Las áreas en comunes, muy cómodas y limpias, la cocina súper equipada, separan residuos, el desayuno completo y casero. Y el patio interno tiene parrilla y mesas. El personal muy amable y predispuesto.

Hostel hermosamente decorado y cuidado, cómodo, limpio, desayuno muy rico. Cocina compartida muy buena. Me alojé en la habitación privada deluxe, muy cómoda, bañera, buena cama. Ubicación muy cerca de la terminal y a pocos metros del centro. Excelente atención
