Friendly staff, spacious rooms, panoramic city view, close to the city center. But the breakfast is very poor and limited.

Excellent stay ,quiet ,clean and fresh

Front desk were kind enough to loan me an iphone charger while I was there which was very much appreciated. The room was comfortable, nice view. I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to "basic" wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening.

Service is great. Rooms are bite dated. Good place to stay around if you want to enjoy activities of downtown.

Hotel was nice, guy at the front desk during check in was a little bit rude but I think he was just having a rough night. Overall good stay though.

Refrigerator not cold and coffee machine not working, the rest is ok

Fire alarm kept ringing in the morning. Had to go down multiple times to evacuate. Other than that service was good. Parking was expensive.

Really good and clean hotel

Hotels abroad are relatively old, so don't expect too much. I would like to remind you that you should never park in the hotel. It costs $36.75 a day, while the public parking lot 300m outside the hotel only costs $4 a day. It's a rip-off. Later, I wanted to stop parking and asked if I could get a refund. The answer was "No"🥲🥲🥲

The room is average, just like the standard of a normal North American hotel, nothing special, but the front desk service is pretty good.

The room was big and nice, very clean, the front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very rich; but it was a little inconvenient that they didn't provide toothbrushes and slippers.

The room is quite big, although the facilities are a bit old, but it is well maintained, clean and meets basic needs. It is near Chinatown, so it is convenient to find food and go to Valley Park, but if you like lively people, I recommend staying near West Edmonton Shopping Mall.
