Super convenient, close to Waverley station. Walking distance to everywhere. The hotel has a coffee machine which serve the best hot chocolate and coffee 😍 I love their croissant which they bake freshly every morning 🥰 Most importantly, the room is very spacious and staffs are friendly ❤️

I was quite satisfied with my stay. Although the hotel entrance is small, the room was surprisingly spacious. It even had some basic kitchen facilities, which was handy for simple cooking. My only minor gripe is that one of the room doors wouldn't stay open on its own and needed to be propped – hopefully, this can be improved. We booked a twin room, and it turned out to be two separate rooms, which was excellent for privacy and quiet sleep. It could actually accommodate four people. The only slight drawback was that parking required using a public car park located below the castle, about a 10-15 minute walk away.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh! The location is ideal, within walking distance to key attractions like Calton Hill, Princes Street, and the Royal Mile, yet tucked away just enough to offer a quiet, restful atmosphere. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and spacious layout, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, from smooth check-in to helpful recommendations on places to visit and eat. The overall service was consistent and welcoming throughout our stay.

It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first time was in the winter of 2018. The decoration and furniture of the hotel have been upgraded compared to last time. It is clean and tidy and still makes me feel as comfortable as ever.

Advantages: 1) The location is very good, just on Princess Stree, not accessible from the train station and the castle; 2) The view outside the window is very good, facing the church, you can see Edinburgh Castle, the night view through the glass is quite good, you can refer to the scenery in the photo; 3) As a hotel apartment in the room, the kitchen equipment is basically complete, and friends who love to cook can use it with confidence; Disadvantages: 1) There is no Reception, there is any problem ~ can send email communication or call communication, we arrived at the hotel and found that the Access Code can not open the door to enter the room, ~ can call the office to communicate, customer service can also help you solve the problem on the phone, No one will be sent to the scene to solve it. Note ⚠️: Entering the first floor gate and the room, you need to enter the activation time of Access Code, Code at 3 pm on the day of check-in, and the expiration time is 11:00 am on the day of check-out. That is to say, you can't get in when you arrive at the hotel before 3 pm on the day of check-in. Because your Access Code is not activated, the input is invalid, and you can be obediently accompanying your beloved suitcase on the street. Check Out time is 11 am, and the cleaning staff will put the cleaning tool at the door of the room early, waiting for the moment you leave the room to clean up. 2) There is no elevator, it is really not easy to carry luggage upstairs, it is recommended that single ladies do not try unless there is no luggage. 3) The sound insulation is very poor. I stayed for two nights. There were no guests in the next room on the first night. I felt acceptable. I didn’t receive too much alarm at night. The next night, there were guests in the next room. They talked and opened the door. We can hear clearly on the footpath, and the sleepy little friends should have a psychological preparation. 4) The noise outside the window is very loud. The window of the room is facing the road, and the siren of the ambulance can be heard no less than ten times a night, and it is particularly harsh. In the evening, there will be a group of drunk people who are loudly ”showing their heart” downstairs, walking a wave, and coming again. No less than five waves a night. It didn't quiet down until 3 a.m. 5) Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided in the room, and there are no disposable slippers. It is recommended that the friends who are going to stay bring their own.

It went quite, well, very large newly clean apartment with two small terraces. A soft bed. The only bad for three days they did not charge nor sabbles in the bathroom, the parking was mentioned in the link under the structure and instead I had to pay £84 for 3 days in a building located upwards about 8 minutes walk.. It was not, at breakfast. The kitchen window had no tent so make the apartment with no privacy! The chairs and the large vessels were flying in the night, we were very scared! We were scared of safety that it would break the kitchen glass c it was a monstrous wind but make sure they are used to this they had to provide a better and safe protection system for people living on the ground. We have used the baggage storage, functional and intuitive kitchen. I think it is a great solution and an alternative to, hotel. The price of all that we spent so much almost €700 plus deposit.. But the prices in the city are all high, so I think it is normal for them. Big bathroom, single sin without shower... So very uncomfortable to wash you had to put in The only point where the water was out, there was no cleaning service if you didn't spend 7 days and change towels ... All of this is very expensive for services that are not available because at least the change of the, hygienic paper could, give it a roll and a half in three days seems me really miserable. For the rest, however, there was a 10-minute walking structure up from the monuments and full center, so it is a valid structure x me even if I don't understand how the reception operators will no longer speak languages like the Italian ... what is from us Basilar in our Italian hotels!!

The room is large and clean, you can cook by yourself, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher are all available.

All very good, clean, quiet, good location, kitchen facilities are complete but the plates are small and there are no bowls. It is recommended to add some bowls for the convenience of Chinese people, and it would be better to have a rice cooker.

The hotel reception was a Hong Konger, and was absolutely smashing—really friendly and welcoming. When he overheard us chatting in Cantonese, he switched to it straight away, which felt so warm and familiar after decades here in the UK. Honestly, massive kudos to him! 👍 The hotel’s in a fantastic spot, couldn’t ask for better. Our room was a tad small, and being right by the fire door meant it got quite noisy in the mornings with people slamming it open and shut, so a proper rest was a bit tough. Also, there’s no shower curtain in the bathroom, so the floor ends up sopping wet. That said, the hot water was spot on. Cheers! 酒店前台嘅男仔係個香港人，真係好正！好友善親切，聽到我哋講廣東話，佢即刻轉用廣東話同我哋傾，喺英國住咗幾十年，每次聽到廣東話真係覺得好親切，超讚！👍 酒店位置一流，冇得彈。房間略為細咗啲，我哋間房仲要喺防火門隔籬，朝早啲人好大力咁開關門，嘈到不得了，休息得唔係咁好。浴室又無浴簾，成個地板濕晒，不過熱水就真係夠熱。thanks ！
