The lady at reception during our check inn time was very rude and racist , she spoke in different tone with Asians people(almost screaming )and was very polite with English native people , we reached hotel around 2:30 pm and she told us that checkinn will start at 3 pm , but at 3 pm she checked inn a English couple and screamed at us saying “don’t come near reception as only few rooms are ready” we were literally shocked seeing such a behaviour, we felt as if we are asking for free accommodation . She is a black spot on Premier inn chain of hotels, i hope your esteemed hotel will take some action against such rude employees

Since we booked the room very early, I'm not sure if it was a mistake on my part or the hotel's part. My friend and I had booked a room with two beds, but the rooms in the pictures all had two beds for one person! When we checked in and went to the room, we saw that it was just a big bed, so we immediately went to the front desk to express this situation. After just ten minutes, they changed the room for us to a room with two beds! Thank you for your active assistance! gratitude!

Twenty minutes to the center by tram, 15 minutes to the airport. Very bad wifi and the bathroom is old and moldy. Good breakfasts and all the shops are across the road. Edinburgh is beautiful.

The room is quite spacious, and the tram goes to the door. But it's still a bit far to get to the city center. The tram takes seven stops to Princes Street. Going to the airport is about like this.
My husband and I had a 3 night stay in Edinburgh and went to Premier Inn at the airport as we had come once before in 2021 and it was a pleasant stay back then. This time around was unfortunately a different story. We got to the hotel and went out soon after after we had a tight schedule for the next 3 days. We had paid extra for the ultimate room and as soon as we were assigned a room, we unpacked our bags and quickly headed out. We came back that night and had time to really see the room. The headboard had fabric missing, the walls were cracking and the air conditioning was full of dust. As an asthmatic, this isn't ideal for me but I figured I'd let them know in the morning. That night, my husband and I were kept up all night by what sounded like pipes clanging in the walls. We didn't want to bother the night staff, nor did we want to pack up all of our things in the middle of the night to change rooms. We thought we'd let them know in the morning. We again, we're busy a lot of the day but finally had the chance at around 2pm on the second day to ask for a room change as we were exhausted from being kept up all night. At first, the receptionist looked unsure that they'd be able to move rooms but eventually said they had a room. We moved our stuff and headed back out straight away. Again, it was at night when we settled that we were able to see the room. This room was dirty. There was toothpaste all over the wall beside the toilet and stains all over the carpet. We didn't want to bother anyone so decided to tell someone in the morning. We were told someone would clean the room for us and I asked if we could get a free breakfast for the trouble caused and they gave us a free breakfast for the next day. We went out and came back for the last night with the expectation that the room would be in a better state. A small bit of toothpaste was cleaned off the wall, the majority was still there and the stains were still on the carpet. The towels had been replaced with a towel that looked like it had a blood stain on it and the bedding had green marks on it. We complained that night to their guest relations team as we saw we could potentially claim through their good night guarantee. Wrong. They only let you claim of you complain in the middle of the night and they offered us £40 refund for our experience. It definitely doesn't seem fitting as we 1) Didn't sleep one of the nights 2) Had not 1 but 2 dirty rooms 3) Asked for it to be cleaned and it wasn't I've attached photos as well. We asked for guest relations to look at the case again and they refused. I personally wouldn't stay here again. You pay extra for a room that is dirty.

Terrible. Bed was not good. Air conditioning was weak, and room was hot. Worst of all, i was fined for parking for an out of city hotel/motel. It was not clear that there is a parking charge or validation for parking and as check in was at a machine, there are no warnings of extra charges. Hidden charges and fines, please be aware.

This is my first time here the beds are comfortable the staff are nice the breakfast is yummy I had the sausage and bacon I love this place its the best hotel ever I even called this premium inn 5 stars
