Average hotel but staff is good . The room standard is average . The walls are dirty and water leakage on the ceiling.

The hotel cleanliness is very poor, the towel wasn’t white anymore its become grey, when i ask to change, thr new towel is still like the one i asked to change. The telephone is broken, i couldn’t call room service and etc. its a bad experience i had.

1. The receptionist asked for an additional 50 thousand rupiah to upgrade the mattress from the request in the application of 2 beds, to 1 bed. Even though the booking had been made a long time ago, it should have been prepared, when it was not available, was it the guest's fault? Then they extorted that much money to upgrade the mattress! 2. After entering the room, it turned out that the cleanliness of the room was far from the price paid + upgrade. Very dusty, the room looked unkempt, hair stains were still in the sink and in the bathroom, very disgusting! 3. There was a room telephone in the room, but when called to clean the room again, no one responded. 4. The TV had not been upgraded, TV broadcasts were still limited & also dusty. 5. The curtains were also very dusty, as if they had never been washed or changed 6. The room was not soundproof, the guests next door were walking back and forth and noisy 7. The room was very dusty and smelled fishy. 8. Limited parking space. 9. The security guard at the front gate was like a thug/extortionist, where we wanted to go out for lunch, but still had to pay 10 thousand for parking, but because we didn't have cash, we told the security guard to wait for us to come back after lunch. But the security guard offered to give us his account number, but we still didn't want to transfer just for 10 thousand. After a few minutes, the gate was opened so we could go out, the security guard casually said, "but come back, right??" As if he didn't believe we were guests inside, even though we had shown the hotel stamp to the security guard. It was so upsetting, I even fought with my husband because the room was so uncomfortable and unfit to be occupied!!

The room is clean, the toilet is also clean, the AC is cold, very comfortable for resting.. the price is quite affordable.. very recommended👍🏻

The room environment is very poor. The bed sheets and quilt covers are very dirty. It looks like they have never been cleaned. I dare not rest on them. The overall environment is very bad. I will not book a hotel like this again next time. I really don’t know how it was arranged. Suggestions Never book this hotel again.

Not satisfied with the AC in the room, the room was immediately changed. The facilities and parking are good and safe

The hotel gave us the wrong price, but we were able to upgrade to a deluxe room for an additional 200 thousand per room, thank you 101 hotel
