Nice location

I booked this hotel to attend an exhibition. The transportation is very convenient, the rooms are good, the facilities are complete, the area is relatively large, and the breakfast is rich. The house prices during the exhibition are too expensive, several times higher than usual.

The location is very good and parking is convenient. There are many delicious restaurants around. The room is clean, tidy and well laid out. The hotel staff are warm and friendly. There is also a smoker friendly balcony.

Fantastic!!! Great service, amazing rooms, amazing beds. If you need anything, just ask and they will provide. Totally impressed by the hotel and the position of the hotel in the centre. Only 15 minutes away from the old centre. Very Good!!

The Reception, welcome and staff working there were outstanding! Extra mile service and extremely friendly. The Rooms were also sufficient and exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay in Dusseldorf, as a family group of 15 people. I will always recommend Sleep Inn!

The Good: A comfortable bed and friendly staff who tried to please as much as possible. The Bad: The facilities aren't 4-star. We paid for a Deluxe room, but were told it was on the 7th floor and the elevator only goes to the 6th. The room smelled like a sewer because, apparently, the shower drain didn't have a trap; also, there was trash from a previous guest in the trash can. The next day, we asked for a change, and were offered a room with a smaller bathroom and a "view" of the neighboring courtyard. It had just been cleaned, and no unpleasant odor was noticeable: a pure mirage. The structural problem with the shower drain persists, and presumably it was present in all rooms. Their website states that slippers and a bathrobe are provided in this room category. I had to ask for them, and after arguing, they gave us slippers, but the bathrobe was no good. They said it was a website error. I complained for several days, with no solution. Be careful! Because what they advertise on their website isn't correct, neither the view nor the bathrobe; the room smells bad, and if the people in the adjacent room smoke (although it's prohibited, of course), the smoke and stench enter yours.

The hotel in Dusseldorf, Germany, is clean and simple. The lobby is limited. The room has a small equipped kitchen. The bathroom is inside the room. It is very small and clean. The corridors are scented. I expect it will be enough for a night or two. It is close to Kings Street. Restaurants and a supermarket are close to the hotel. There is parking on the street. Approximately 100 meters away

Hele vriendelijke service en zeer proper hotel. Grote kamer met kitchenette. Parking achter de hoek. De kamer is zeer netjes maar mist wel wat sfeer. Op een 15tal minuten van het centrum, dichtbij de kerstmarkten. Dichtbij het hotel meerdere kiosk (dag/nachtwinkel).

Tren istasyonuna yakın tertemiz bir otel. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, ilgi ve alakaları için teşekkür ederiz. Bir sorumuz olduğunda yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltısını denemedik. Odamız da konforluydu.kullanmadık ama odalarda mini bir mutfak da mevcuttu
