I absolutely loved the hotel's location—it was convenient and perfect for exploring the area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast, in particular, stood out; it was a delightful buffet with so many tasty and fresh choices. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

This hotel was a overall good experience. The staff were attentive and the room had everything you needed it was just a bit dated and the shower had trouble with providing hot water maybe just unlucky with the room. Breakfast was a good buffet and my wife said she would happily stay again.Also resonably priced.

It’s a so so budget hotel. Staff was friendly and upon entering I had a sense that it was a mid range hotel. I checked in and the room was spacious, but Ihad to wait 40 minutes for towels and bathmat. I was quite wet from a torrential rain and it would’ve been nice to have gotten a shower and cleaned up for dinner. The towels that did arrive were old blue and white beach towels with pink stains. The bathmat may have been clean, but it was old and dirty looking. When I did get in the shower, there was a window with no curtain, the bottom of which was below my shoulder height. I looked out into a room with water tanks and pumps. Anyone with access to the room could come in and watch whoever was showering. No privacy. The sink was so small that one side could hold a bar of soap and the other, a toothbrush, a razor, a comb, or whatever, but not multiple items. There was no shelf in the bathroom, so extra items, including my toiletry bag had to be left in the room, and I had to retrieve/remove items as I needed or finished with them. Rather than a large bed, two beds were pushed together and made up separately. I suppose it was OK for a budget hotel but I find when I do stay in budget hotels they are typically better laid out. 

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The food was good and offered different menus each day. The room was clean, but it would be helpful to have coat hangers available for hanging items. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall, it was pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was very good, rooms are clean and spacious. What I didn’t like was on our day of check in, the elevator is always out of service, and we are check in at 6th floor! Plus the bathroom door are not properly closing and towels are forgotten to be put in the room. It would be perfect stay if this things are managed.

Value for money and good location for our travel itinerary.

The place is very accessible to everything. As soon as you get out of the hotel the public transportation is very easy to access. Dining places and other recreational place. The room is very neat and the staff was very accommodating.

The room is clean and spacious. The aircon is working fine. The staffs are friendly even though we checked in late at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fulfilling.

A hotel like this in Negros Oriental , Philippines is quite upscale than the competitors.

All staffs are very nice and accommodating. I asked for a small item and they even bought outside just to accommodate my request. Room is clean. Was not able to try the pool due to busy schedule, the pool has a 4’ depth. Will book this place again next time I visit Dumaguete.
