Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

The room is large, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. You can see the scenery outside the window. The staff is very warm and friendly, and treats customers like family. But it is not recommended to live in the same floor room as the restaurant (the fifth floor or the sixth floor, I forgot), the upstairs should be a hot pot restaurant, very noisy at night, not quiet at all; and the restaurant floor is very noisy in the morning, there is a voice in the corridor before 7 o'clock, sound insulation is really not good. In addition, breakfast is average, there is no hot dish, the table in the restaurant is a six-person table, you need to wait for a table with others. Water is a water dispenser, no bottled water, sealing and dates are unknown, mind if you can buy water at a nearby supermarket.
