I have to give it a full score💯The service is really great, warm and attentive. Snacks and drinks are given to us upon arrival, and we also helped upgrade the room for free. Especially the aunt on the 15th floor, she also helped the child put on shoes! Yogurt and hot milk are delivered to the room every night! The experience is very good

This was a great place to spend a couple of days with my girlfriend. Clean room and hotel, helpful and attentive staff, and good amenities, including a 24hr coffee machine downstairs. Be aware that there is a distance to things; to get to Qingchengshan is a 40 minute walk so you'll probably want to get a taxi. The hot springs are about 500 meters away in the complex, but they do have a free shuttle to take you there at any time which is convenient. Your room key gets you access only once per night booked to the hot springs, which I think could be improved upon by giving unlimited. Dinner is also limited to the hotel at night, with nothing else really in walking distance. That being said, dinner was quite good (if pricey) and the included buffet breakfast was also great.

The hotel is very considerate and gave a baby blessing bag and blind box. It is very convenient to eat around, and it is very close to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area and Guanjiang Ancient City.

The service staff is enthusiastic, recommending nearby food, the room is spacious with floor heating, king bed, but every time the smart toilet flushes, the noise is very loud, and the pipes are loud. The decoration of the corridor feels like being in Dali. Breakfast is the small noodles and dumplings cooked by the hotel.
