When you yearn for a different lifestyle but not ready to commit yourself to changes? For me, traveling is a way to get a sneak peek into “what would it be”, even if just for a moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.   Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.   We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path.  We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.   I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.    A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

Unique and fabulous setting on a traditional chinese courtyard. Beautiful, fresh and zen surroundings. Extremely comfortable beddings. Traditional and quality breakfasts. Hosts are obsessed about coffee, so we benefited 😁 Hosts are friendly and helpful still discreet. Could be better if curtains are more light blocking.

It may be the most comfortable B&B I have ever stayed in in Chengdu. The plants in the yard will make people feel like they are in the mountains even if they are not hiking. The bedding is also very thoughtful and the texture is very comfortable. The room is also equipped with a dehumidifier for severe cases. People with insomnia can also sleep peacefully for ten hours in an environment where every detail in the room can be seen. It makes people want to stay here for a long time. The boss's brother and sister-in-law are the bosses of the nearby Yongtao Farmhouse. The average person is five You can eat it for ten and it is very satisfying. It is the most delicious food we have eaten around in the past few days. The ingredients are all fresh and the wild vegetables are especially delicious. The kittens are so cute. The kittens in the yard are as cute as angels.

I rarely write reviews! This B&B is really worthy of praise! The boss takes good care of the shop, making it feel like home! The boss's aesthetics is also pure and clear, and traces of care can be seen in every detail. I stayed with my kids for two days and the air in the mountains was so good! Even if you don’t climb the mountain, just sitting in the courtyard will give you a different feeling! A paradise to escape the hustle and bustle! If I have the chance to come to Sichuan again, I will definitely come here again. Some photography tips are not limited to the main courtyard. You can also find different feelings in other corners. Every place has a 360-degree view without blind spots.

The bedding in the room is very clean and fragrant, and the boss also prepared disposable cotton towels and makeup remover wipes. The boss will take you to the bus station when checking in and out, and the kitten is so cute ~ I will choose here again if I have the chance.

Came with high expectations, but felt a little disappointed after staying. First of all, the location is very inconvenient. It is on a separate hillside. The slope is very steep. It takes ten minutes to go down the mountain. It will probably take more than twenty minutes to climb up and I will be exhausted. The car cannot drive up the mountain. There is a small B&B. There is a shuttle bus, but it will only take the initiative to pick up and drop off once you check in and check out. The rest of the time you have to leave the courtyard by walking. It is very troublesome to go out to play in the back mountains or go to eat. The second is insect prevention. There are many bugs that cannot be avoided when staying in a B&B in the mountains. I was mentally prepared for this from the beginning, but I don’t know if the owner is afraid of damaging the ecology. There are almost no insect prevention measures in the B&B. I was bitten outside the courtyard. Not to mention the large and small bags, we kill an average of more than 7 bugs in the room every day with our bare hands, of different varieties and colors, and some even crawled onto the bed. There are no insect repellent facilities in the house, and there is only a bottle of shared toilet water in the common area. We closed the door almost immediately when we entered and exited, and we never opened the window screen. There was no possibility that we let the mosquitoes in ourselves. Then there are the facilities, which provide disposable bath towels, face towels and disposable slippers. They are very friendly to the germophobe. Thumbs up. The bedding is very clean and comfortable. Thumbs up. The yard looks nice for taking pictures. Thumbs up, but the curtains do not block the light at all. , I could hardly sleep for a whole night without wearing an eye mask, and when I pulled it off, it was full of dust, which made me choke and sneeze. The cloth chairs in the public area were also very dirty, with serious stains. When we booked the room, we went to the terrace outside the room. , I thought I could drink tea and chat up there, but I didn’t expect that it was full of ants and fallen leaves. Maybe this is the original ecology. Then there is the service. The pricing of the B&B should be considered above average among the B&Bs in Houshan, but I really didn’t feel the corresponding service. The breakfast was very simple, with no variety to choose from, and not everyone offered coffee. The shuttle bus was very dirty. I have never been in such a dirty bus. It felt like it had never been washed. I couldn’t order takeout. I asked several companies but they were not willing to deliver it. I could only eat food from the farmhouse that cooperated with the B&B. The choices were very limited. . In general, you do need to pay for the sentiment when staying in a famous hotel, but the feeling of our stay is not worth it. Environment: A very quiet B&B, perfect for escaping from the turmoil and getting some peace and quiet for a while. Service: The boss is super nice, relaxed, friendly and talkative. Living here will help you let go of your tension. Facilities: Complete facilities, quick sanitation, dehumidifier, air conditioner, air purifier, electric blanket. You can cook, drink tea, drink coffee, lie down, climb... you can do whatever you want.

It can be seen that it is a B&B that is run with great care, and the details are well done. The guy who carries luggage back and forth will drive to pick him up and drop him off. The atmosphere in the mountains is really chill, you can stay in a daze all day. The fairy boss also provides free coffee for breakfast. Overall, I like it very much and have already recommended it to my friends.

It's a very good small B&B. There are not many rooms, so it's very quiet. The sanitation is also very good. The children had a lot of fun playing with the cats in the yard and were reluctant to leave. During the day, I went to climb the back mountain of Qingcheng Mountain. The scenery was also beautiful.
