Super heartwarming experience! Dujiangyan Atour Hotel, yyds💖In April, I took a leave to take my family and my elderly grandmother to Dujiangyan, Sichuan. I booked two single rooms in the hotel, but I didn't expect that this stay experience would become the warmest memory of our journey. As soon as I arrived at the door of the hotel, the staff came out to greet me enthusiastically. It was a cute little fat brother. My grandmother suffered from senile **, and her legs and feet were inconvenient and she could only sit in a wheelchair. She would drool when she talked. But the hotel staff did not dislike it at all and took the initiative to help us with our luggage. At that moment, I was moved. After checking in, we found that we might need to change to a twin room. The hotel did not say anything and actively helped to adjust. I took the opportunity to apply for a membership and changed rooms smoothly. I thought that there would be no more intersections with the hotel in the future, but I didn't expect that the little fat brother brought a foot bath bucket to our room! The little fat brother said that considering that the old grandmother had difficulty in sitting for a whole day, she could soak her feet to relieve the fatigue of the journey. This meticulous care directly ”grasped” me 🤩 I decided to stay for another day. The next morning, I went to the restaurant for dinner. A young lady from the restaurant saw that my grandma was drooling all the time, so she brought up a bib and said that she was worried about getting it on her clothes. My God, the service was so good. The cleaning aunt in the afternoon was also very careful and enthusiastic. She changed all the bedding and told us what delicious food there was in Dujiangyan. The food recommended by the aunt was very suitable for the elderly. On the day of leaving, the entrance to the parking lot was blocked and the wheelchair could not pass through the underground parking lot. Brother Xiaopang took the initiative to guide us from the outside of the first floor to the parking lot and personally carried grandma into the car. Grandma couldn't stop drooling, and Brother Xiaopang got it all on his body, but he didn't complain. This kind of quality of not disliking the elderly and thinking about the guests wholeheartedly is really rare! We had already moved to another hotel on the 5th, but my mother said that she was still used to staying at this Atour. I booked it for my mother again on April 6. Dujiangyan Atour Hotel, the service is comparable to five-star! It is really different from other hotels. Every detail can make people feel warm and attentive. We will definitely choose this place when we travel with our family in the future, and we will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends👍

Smooth check-in process and welcomed by smiley staff. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is located next to a mall which makes it convenient to look for food and it has a huge supermarket. Love this place and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family who are travelling to Dujiangyan!
