Comfortable, spacious and beautiful rooms with everything you need. The hotel has a great location right opposite the metro entrance. Good and varied breakfast and helpful staff. Also note the concierge and valet parking services were very helpful and efficient.

I loved the breakfast! Delicious food, local and fresh ingredients, and elevated cooking make this breakfast stand out from other hotels. I also loved the view and touch screen controls. The elevators were too slow. They should have more running at a time.

From the shower menu’s bath bombs to the selection of teas, every detail was designed to enhance relaxation. We especially enjoyed preparing a cup of chamomile tea, soaking in the calming ambiance with soothing music, and indulging in the Patchi chocolate squares and bottled water left at bedside. These thoughtful touches made bedtime a luxurious and serene experience. The hotel’s strategic location on the Palm was another highlight of our stay. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Starting our mornings with a cup of coffee while admiring the skyline at dawn and ending the day with the same enchanting view at dusk was unforgettable.
