Dubai Al Jaffiliya Hotels

Our first stay in Dubai. We preferred this hotel because of its location and reasonable price option. Hotel staff are friendly and do their job well. We have all kinds of support when we need help. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and other meal options suited every taste. You can find everything you are looking for in the market. Bus support to major locations .At the end of the planned time, we stayed an extra 2 days and were very pleased. Thank you to all the working staff.

The stay was comfortable and warm , loved the welcome drink and appreciated the section for comfort or delivery boys, an extra effort of humanity in hospitality. Thanks to Addy for helping me plan the itinerary and akshay for giving me a good view room. Must recommend for families and people who want to visit bhurj khalifa.

It’s our best stay in Dubai. To be honest it’s a great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice from receptionist to restaurant waiter, specially Sudip our housekeeper is always kept our room clean and fresh. I definitely recommend to someone who wants to visit Dubai to stay with this hotel. .

My wife and I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai on March 31, 2024. Our first impression was already very satisfactory. The hotel lobby is spacious, bright and elegantly decorated! All employees' service attitude is polite, sincere and attentive! The biggest surprise was that they upgraded the ordinary room we booked to a deluxe VIP room. Although it was only about 11 a.m., they led us to the leisure room on the 41st floor to enjoy refreshments, and immediately assigned us to a hotel room on the 40th floor. VIP room for We rested, very considerate! In addition, we also tried the famous Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel. The food is not only diverse, but also delicious and attractive in appearance! In summary, during the three days and two nights I stayed in the hotel, I felt 100% at home, even a little surprised! Ha ha! If we have the opportunity to travel to Dubai next time, we will definitely choose to stay at this Shangri-La Hotel!

A gorgeous hotel, as usual with Accor Sofitel has the handpicked everybody and everything from Accor, I was warmly welcomed, generously upgraded by an effortlessly beautiful East Slavic receptionist, immaculately cleaned rooms so those are exceptional handpicked room service, Expensive French Luxury amenities that cost more the hotel booking in retail stores, so obviously Accor got the French connection The French ACCOR gigantic-brand aquirer always makes sure Sofitel is better than the UnFrench brands they acquired Exploit this cut-throat egoiste French bias by picking Sofitel over any other UnFrench brand that French Accor owns, don't fight them...join them

We stayed 2 nights as a family 1.5 months ago and checked in after midnight, later than expected due to baggage delays. The staff were all good and friendly. The hotel is right beside DIFC metro station and is only a stop away from Museum of the Future in one direction, nd Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa in the other direction and this was a factor in us choosing this hotel - being in middle of those 2 points of interests. When checking in, we got upgraded to an apartment due to the rooms being overbooked which was good for us. The apartment itself was good, there was a bathroom, bedroom, sitting area and an open kitchen. There were TVs in the bedroom and the sitting area. We could see Burj Khalifa from sitting room window. There were 1 issue which I will highlight and another very minor. Both of the TVs did not work. Never mind them not being Smart TVs, they did not even show any local cable channels - not whatsoever whilst we were there. I tried with both of them to get something on but no channels were available - not sure if there was an issue with connection. Secondly, if they have a kitchen in apartments, it would be a good idea to stock it with some pans, although we did not need to use any of it and only needed glasses, which you'd get in rooms anyway. Apart from the TV issue, hotel was great, there is a shop (24/7 perhaps) inside the hotel, we used luggage storage facility after check-out and we did not use or visit any other facilities like swimming pool and restaurants so cannot comment on them, perhaps another time.

Very clean with full set of Kitchen kits and washing machine, located in CBD and near the Metro station & Dubai Mall. Highly recommended!

This was the largest room I booked for the price it was. It had a sofa, enormous tv, and a separate bedroom. It's close to a metro station, and several dining places. Carrefour Market is a bit far, but is a walkable distance.
