Crowded, traffic terrible in front of the hotel, expensive food and drinks, very average pool area and rooms are showing the age

I loved everything although I found multiple pieces of hair on the bed and the toilet but overall the experience is nice and the view is beautiful

The location is easy to get around everywhere. At check-in, I wanted to book a spa appointment, but was told to go directly to the spa to book it myself. And I made a reservation in person, but it was not reserved on the day of the event. Why? It is a chain hotel, safe and secure. They are just handling the guests.

We stayed here for two nights. Hugely satisfied. A+++ for the breakfast with wide variety of foods to choose from. The front desk also provided extra bed for the kids and late check out at zero fee. Surely this hotel is in our plans for our next dubai visit.

The towels are very old, the bed cover is without a duvet, and the air conditioner is very hot and sometimes cold.

Excellent location, close to Burj Khalifa, lovely clean rooms, coffee machine, excellent service, excellent breakfast.The best show in Dubai is taking place on the territory of the hotel, I strongly advise you to go.
