Very spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and very spacious toilet with tub and shower. My room comes with a balcony facing an open view. Service is great, very fast response when needed assistance. The check-in and check-out experience was easy too. The room floor is not carpeted and slightly worn-down furniture, withpoor soundproofing. But overall my stay was good.

Everything was great! Great swimming pool, clean, friendly staff. Plenty of shuttle buses available to a beach and malls. NO airport transfer available like stated in the ad. Breakfast could be better, limited choice and no egg station.

I was here first time 8 years ago, it was very very vibrant hotel with cool hotel vibes first class experience it was very cool and dynamic at this time But this year i was at this hotel it was not so perfect experience everywhere dark the atmosphere is little creepy because no lights -- it seems they didn't change towels or bed covers the last 10 years they didn't change anything for the last 10 tlyears maybe thats why it has a little creepy desolate atmosphere please renovate the rooms and change the furniture there are so many alternatives (modern &cheap)in dubai that's why it would be highly recommended to get back to the old/new level

I stayed with my family in the hotel during Eid Aladha holidays for two nights. Itwas beyond expectation. We didn't feel it was crowded. The check-in was a little slow but Amgad from the Front desk was a real help. The Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was good, Although it need a Pool bar for serving soft drinks. Overall our stay was really fun. The location is near Emirates Mall, so it's also a plus. Great value for money. We will definitely come back

Good location for traveling into downtown to the airport. Perfect spot, good food and the place had good amenities.

Location is worst as it is very far from public transport like metro station and bus stop and breakfast is also very limited and not suitable for Indians

Everything was fabulous in hotel. Very clean, amazing breakfast, beautiful reception and kind staff. I would advise bringing extension lead as there were no sockets close to bed, but everything else was perfect. The staff were helpful, especially Gomaa. Would stay here again!

The hotel is in a very tourist location. Metro is like 10 minutes walk. The pool is pretty good and open till 10pm and never too busy. The customer service is good. Downtown is quite the ride on the tram but JBR & burj al arab is pretty near and taxi is much cheaper and the hotel provides shuttle services to JBR. They gave free water whenever we asked. The room was not the best because we were 3 people but got a king size bed only and the room we were initially put it had a broken AC and had to sleep in that for a night and 3 people came and non realised it was broken. Our key card stopped working when we had renewed our room for an extra 2 nights and this happened twice, which was annoying. One of the security guard and a pool guy were not that friendly and also anxious. We were unable to access the balcony in the hotel due to the fact it was too hot. Overall, the hotel is good but value should be a little lower but location and customer service makes up for it. ( the tourism tax is a burner)
